Oh goody, the older latina woman that contributed to the attrocious customer service at the Hixson location that is one of the reasons I stopped going there and probably should've been fired a long time ago is working at this location now. I don't put it past her to do something to someone's food. She acts that sketchy. Workers don't have a clue. Probably not a good thing to be leaning up against counters with your hands behind your back and touching everything including your hair with the same gloves on that you are touching people's food with.
Update: Keep giving this place and chance. Came in a couple of days ago and wanted to use my key tag for a junior frosty. New cashier rudely tells me she she needs to see it. Youre talking about a small amount of ice cream unless the filll em right. I said you think I'm lying to you. She scoffs I'm just doing my job. Why the attitude about a junior fristy. I went to another Wendy's today and wasn't questioned like that.

Best example of a Wendy's in Chattanooga ive tried so far/right now. Bonny Oaks sucks. East Ridge is okay. They did get my order wrong once in the drive thru here but they fixed it for me next time I visited. They cook their food really good here and the staff is very chill and try to do a good job.

Honestly I door dashed to try their new chicken strips and not only did they not bag my fries with a “combo” the strips were chewy and old. I pretty much knew this would be the outcome. I called and spoke with the manager on duty to let her know quality and order accuracy are the two main points. She only thanked me for letting her know but offered nothing more. Such a disappointment

I went through drive through. The people were polite however the bread on my burger was cold and stale. My fries were cold but the nuggets and drink were good. They didn't give us any straws. I've been before and it was better but this particular time I was highly disappointed.

My burger was circular instead of square like wendy patty
Fries were like chewing leather, the meat was under cooked and the drink machine is one of those all in one so your drink taste like whatever the person before you had, in my case it was orange.
