Fries were like chewing leather, the meat was under cooked and the drink machine is one of those all in one so your drink taste like whatever the person before you had, in my case it was orange.

It was $26 for two meals!! Then nuggets and potatoes were old!!! Then to top it off it had a hair in the potato!!! Manager was very very friendly n did refund our money but very very unhappy with our visit will NOT B

October 17th 2024, 3-3:30 PM. My family and I came in to get lunch and the cashier had an amazing personality, greeted us and over all fantastic customer service skills. When we ordered saucy nuggets for my 3 y/o niece, she wanted half one sauce and half another sauce. The manager in the kitchen at the time immediately looked up with a disgusted look and said "We don't do that, make it separate orders." Rolled her eyes and went back to work. When I asked for her name, she looked around the corner with a confrontational look on her face. GG or JJ was what I was told. I am going to make a corporate complaint about her aswell.

Food is good and people are friendly but the drive thru is 50/50 at best on getting what you order how you order it. They can't get an order right to save their souls.

This location is the worse..my daughter went one morning before work a few weeks ago and got a breakfast baconator and when she was eating she found hair but didn't address the issue ..then today 10/30/24 ..I went to the drive through and ordered my daughter a spicy chicken sandwich, when I got home she started to eat her sandwich and there was hair again..my son in law took the sandwich back and got a refund..then he heard someone said something about wearing a wig..while the situation was being handled. Just called cooperate hopefully it will get handled..Food cost too much to get hair surprise.

Going to this Wendy's, I got exactly what I expected. Everything was decent and it was pretty clean. The only thing for me that was kind of a down side was the wait time but even that wasn't too bad!

I hate to bash on Wendy’s but man this one ain’t good at all. I was excited to have a Wendy’s closer to me but it’s always slow and the food is alright or cold.

Just terrible service. Waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru and I'm a dasher. They didn't even have food ready. Incredibly slow for no reason they have more than enough staff. I worked at wendy's in particular for 3 years we closed with 3 people and had cars at a max 2:45 min wait per car. They need to hire me and maybe I could get this place in shape. No reason for this long of wait time unless you're waiting on meat. RIDICULOUS!!
