Idk why the drive through workers are so miserable. Okay I understand after I got yelled at that the system is supposedly down

Drive through is the worse experience I've had at any Wendy's location. Got my order innocent on multiple occasions and when asked for a correction it's as if I'm inconveniencing them.

Asiago chicken meal was $12.79. The piece of chicken has been reduced to a piece that's smaller than the bun. At first glance I thought it was fish. Too rubberized to eat, had to take it off. I didn't trust it. And can't afford to get food poisoning. We will stop buying from WENDY'S so they can feel the pain. Maybe then they will get back to what they used to be. Chattanooga has big problem with the big chain fast foods. Wendys AND KFC should both be closed.

I went through the drive through at 7:47 pm on 3/01/2025. The young man answered the drive through with what you want. I gave him my order and he said drive around in a rude voice. I drive around to see him eating and drinking in the service area which is a health department violation. He barely opened the window stuck his arm out to get the card. When he returned the card he barely opened the window turned his back to me and reached the card out backwards. I thought that was strange. He gets my food, hands it out to me and I ask for the receipt to see what he changed me. He argued with me that he could not print a receipt from the drive and I didn't need one. He was very rude, so I asked for the manager to get a receipt and she was rude also. These people need to be fired.

The drive thru window service sucks rude talk to you like you owe them something. I'm paying you to talk crazy and be rude to me never again they need to learn from the morning crew how to treat customers and while speaking to the so called manager she hung up in my face very rude and unprofessional probably was the shift leader and not the manager will never spend another dime at the Wendy's on broad st again.

Came by at 12.22 to order food to not get served! On Google maps it says the store closes as 1:00am. I ask what time do you stop serving your non doordash or Uber eats customers ? The reply I received is we closed! I pulled to the window to ask the same question and was told there were too many door dashers to take my order . Very disappointed in the service I received tonight. I hope in the future this will not be the norm for your regular customers!

I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. I come thru the drive thru at 8:30pm. I politely said give me just a sec. He said excuse me very rude I repeated myself for him to say no we are fixing to do shift change. I said I have 2 separate orders he said no we only take 1 order. I said I'd wait for shift change for him to say it will take 30 minutes for shift change. The most rude drive thru I've ever been to will never be back to this location.

Whoever was running the window when I went last could definitely use more customer service training. They couldn't explain the difference between two meal options (perhaps they were new) but then when I pulled up to said window, the only greeting I got was a scowl. No hi/hello or how much and no thank you. Among the worst customer service experiences I've had in this country. Food is great though.

Night shift drive thru is rude and food is never fresh. Day shift is a whole different restaurant. Won't be going back. They need to throw out their precooked burgers on time. Plus the rudeness and attitude is childish. If you don't want to work there, quit and find something else.
