Food was good as usual. But the reason I felt compelled to leave a good review is because Polly, the lady at the front who helped us, was so nice to me and my kids. She put effort into making sure they felt welcome.

I ordered burger fries, coke, and a frosty. I did ask for ketchup at The Window but I forgot to ask for a napkins and a spoon and a straw And a receiptbecause I guess they don’t include those unless you ask because I didn’t get any of that.

I don’t understand why I put a mobile order in and choose drive thru, get up to the mic just for them to tell me I gotta go inside. I put in for the drive thru for a reason. My job is time sensitive I don’t have time to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for my food when I can just go down the street and get Taco Bell in 3 minutes.

Took them 15 minutes to get the girl ahead of our cars order, then another ten to make our food, just for the bun on my burger to be stale, the friends cold, and two items missing. The black lady working apologized and brought an additional milkshake for forgetting ours though.

It isn't often you run into a Polly Mitchell. This Wendy's has the most gracious employees. Polly on the front makes each customer feel very special. All the employees I encountered were equally friendly and easy to talk with. My order was accurate, and made easy by this skilled and awesome staff. Wendy's, you have a jewel working for you.

Rude work snatched the bag of food out of my friends hand after she had messed up our order. Was rude about it and had an attitude the whole time after being confronted. Slammed the food and then the window afterwards. I tried to call for 2 days now and no one will pick up the phone. Bad customer service shouldn’t be tolerated especially when it’s their mistake
