DO NOT GO HERE!!!They didn't have the food I ordered. I tried to make it easy and asked for a reasonable substitute. They said they couldn't do that. I was like ok I guess you can just refund me then. They said they couldn't give me a refund either. That is called theft!!! Apparently, they are fine with being criminals. Definitely stay away from this location.

Thief. The manager was present when the employee over charged for the order and intimidated us to pay or else. Scary place. Don't go there. We ordered drive thru for a quick bite after fueling but regretted it. Be careful.

W.You'd think with how expensive Wendy's has gotten, they'd be able to hire more then 2 people for the whole store.... 30 minutes is insane to stand inline or drive through.They're losing business, while in line, I watched MANY people walk in, see the line and then leave. Very very slow. Bad service. Such a waste of time. Avoid this place. I only chose it because it was the only thing around. I'm not from this place, but the slowest and worst service. AVOID!
Worst Wendy’s, didn’t get my burger, didn’t get my fries. I was the only person there in line and they somehow messed it up. I felt rushed and they just wanted to get me out of there. I understand that jobs are difficult and it sounds bad to say do your job. But if your job is to put and serve food in a bag. MAKE SURE ITS ACTUALLY IN THE BAG. My pregnant wife is now crying because she can’t get the burger she desperately wanted and we can’t go back because by the time we get there it will be closed.

Just went through the drive thru with a mobile order and the lady was cursing over the speaker and then cursing at the window. She told me there was only 2 of them there and I can get mad but oh well, pray about it. Of course my order was wrong. Left out a sandwich and my crispy chicken was supposed to be plain and wasn't. If you don't like your job, quit. But to treat customers like that only makes those customers never return.

Can I give 0 stars ? Probably worst wendys I've ever seen. No idea how it's still open to be honest. They never take orders after 11, when I drive by they are clearly just sitting around. Hire some people that actually work.

The kid in the drive thru just charged me $5 even for a large chili. I checked the prices after and it was supposed to be 3.19. I’m pretty sure he didn’t ring it up and is just pocketing the cash. I tried to call that location but the voicemail is full. It’s a shame he is stealing from people and his employer. It’s 6:50 on Sunday Feb 25th. Hopefully someone sees this and handles it.
