Garbage service and food to match. The cashier acted like she was doing the world a favor by showing up for work. I ordered a Baconator combo and got pic related: a small basic bacon cheeseburger and stale/old fries (of course they charged me for the Baconator). The service has been consistently bad here in the past, as well. I still like Wendy's but will not return to this location.

I very rarely get fast food but needed something quick on my way to Red Bank. Went through the drive through at 12:15. No line so the service was quick. Drink machine was down so I had to get a bottle of water. Chicken sandwich and fries were both awful. Clearly the food has been sitting around for a long time. Should have taken it back.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever. Ordered a Dave’s double they gave me a Dave’s single. Employee in the drive thru didn’t double check. No receipt given. Tried calling store, no answer!

It took an hour to get my food and then when I got in the car how old are the seven dollar biggie bag double stack and a baconator they didn't even ring up the baconator and I got to the car I had a bacon cheeseburger instead of a double stack

Only good things about this store are the food and the Manager. Manager is a great guy doing his job the best he can, Food is good for fast food. But my issue comes with everything else. You can still set indoor pickup on the app when they keep the store dining area closed, I've had wrong drinks and missing items from my orders, and now the system struggles to function, not coming back here if I want Wendy's

It took forever just to get a cheeseburger . Dysfunctional at best. I was asked 3 times what wanted on it and 3 times if it was dine in or out. Can't guy remember. Must do better.

The staff here is lazy. There’s no attention to detail whatsoever received buns that were hard as rocks and they thought that was acceptable to wrap up and give it to the customer this is the third time that this has happened obviously management needs to do something about the employees or get new employees this is absolutely ridiculous bunch of lazy people that are rude everytime.

Absolutely horrible, the lady in drive-thru must have been on her phone because I had to repeat EVERYTHING, every time.and guess what, the order was still wrong! The baconator had 2 overcooked patties that have been sitting around waiting on me I guess.and the bacon, was a tease for a BACONator. Do better!!

Food cold, NO ketchup, hot sauce, or salt in the WHOLE place. Drive thru "not working". They didn't even salt the fries at all. Worst Wendy's ever!

Would avoid this location, especially if you’re using the app. The last three times I have been they are always out of an item I order through the app, and they have only offered me to exchange an item ONCE! The other two times I wasn’t refunded or got an item in place. The manager is also rude. Showed her my order on my phone five times and she kept acting like I was trying to steal a frosty or something. Idk if they have got new management or what but place has went really downhill the last six months.

Went to this location today.. went through the drive through.. started my order and was told I had to come in to order.. yall, I was only ordering 4 biggie bags.. ALL THE SAME WAY!!! Not a difficult order.. she stopped me and said oh u gotta come inside to order all that.. like what??? So we went in.. no one could tell me why I had to come in vs ordering in the drive through.. girl, if u dont like to work just say that u ain’t have to make me come inside.. I’ve worked ALL day long and sure didn’t wanna get out and bring my 2 rambunctious, tired boys inside.. the little girl who took my order inside was super sweet and was very attentive!! I just wanna know why I had to come inside to place my to go order.. make it make sense.. btw u got 3 stars cause the girl inside taking my order was super nice..
