It’s Wendy’s, what can I say. Almost always, the team is friendly. I love Wendy’s fries, especially when they are fresh. They ALWAYS have fresh fries!

This has been the worst fast food place for as long as I can remember. Always something going wrong. This Wendy’s is so historically bad among the locals that there is an entire Reddit page dedicated to hating on it. 🥀

We came here for dinner at 7pm on a Monday and went to the drive thru. We were told that the drive thru was closed but we’re not given a reason and we’re told to come inside. As we were driving around to park, multiple employees were standing around and there were only 2 other customers.
The employees here came across as incredibly lazy and as if they were determined NOT to do their job.

Took my handicapped sister to eat! Takes us a while to get to the door for her to come eat. She wants to indulge like anyone else does. Today we get to the door and both sides are locked with the manager next to the side door working on his laptop. I came back a few hours later in drive thru and you have these new frosties on special but she proceeded to tell us the chocolate is water! She closed the window in my face as I was speaking and whispered to a lady in a red shirt like they’ve had something else to say that I couldn’t hear and was completely rude about it. Are you running a restaurant or a circus? I want come back! Most of red bank feels the same way.

I swear I don’t know why the franchise owner keeps this one open. I’m convinced they train their employees to do the absolute minimum and be as rude as they can. Not a Karen either it’s just yucky how mean they are for no reason.

I went to Wendy’s for my mom. I sat at the speakers for over 3 mins and nothing. I drove to the window. Saying woman can to the window with a smirk on her face. I told her I was at the speaker for like 3 mins and nothing. I asked if I could she said no I’d have to drive around and place order. I asked if she was joking and she slammed the window closed . Just WOW

every time i go through, their system is down. they are always out of baked potatoes. one time my salad came with no blue cheese. the workers are more than unprofessional.

Worst customer service I have experienced in 33 years on this earth. The employees close the drive thru when they are feeling lazy and they are always out of everything on the menu. This is not a one off experience, it is every single time. I like wendys normally but you just dont understand how bad this one is.

This Wendy's is genuinely the worst in town. Been that way for years. I will stop by every couple of months since it's 2 min from my house. Never changes.
Common factors are godawful service, long wait times with zero business in DT, forced to come inside when mobile ordering in the DT (Once happened when I was sick with the flu and needed some grub to get buy, hope it was worth it.)
Genuinely never get good food here, bare minimum that'd be some reason to go. But no, it's all stale buns, hockey pucks for beef, and nuggets that have been aged for our quality by a number of hours.
Guys, I'm not asking for anything crazy. I can put up with bad service. I've worked fast food for way too long, I get it: It sucks.
But for the love of everything. Just get the food right.

Was left waiting at the window without service for thirty minutes, having a mobile order and not hearing from a single employee in spite of them looking at us multiple times, until we left and canceled our order. The service has always been slow at this location, but this was a new level of horrible. I absolutely do not recommend, head to the McDonald’s down the street for quicker service. 0/10.
