I stopped today on my way to work I waited 20 minutes before the lady said anything to me on the speaker when she did finally respond I could barely hear her because I think the speaker is broken. I waited another 15 minutes on my food which was a total of 35 minutes putting me 5 minutes late for work if this was fast food I would hate to see slow food.
Great food! They have great signature burgers. But they also have quite a diverse selection of salads as well. Some very healthy, all very tasty. And not too expensive! And who doesn't love Wendy's Frosty? Visible cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. But their health department report card was above average so no issue there!
Sodas were flat and had no ice. Didn't even bother to tell me until I got home and called to complain. It was like yeah, the ice machine broke. That would have been good information while I was ordering 7 Biggie Bags for my teenage son and his friends.
