Order was wrong. Had to repeat 5 times my order and then repeat drinks after being made the wrong size at the window. And then my drink was not even filled up!! After spending $30 and this is the service? No thanks we will not be coming back. We will drive to Red bank instead of driving right down the road from our house to this Wendy’s!!! The food was fresh but order was wrong and a receipt was not even given, I wonder why?!

We live close by and probably stop here about once a week. They can be fantastic and fast if you order for one person. But I think every time I've ordered for the family they have left out an entire meal. If you're traveling, you must stop and inventory your order because they are somehow experts at keeping your money but not giving you everything you bought.

If you're gonna have breakfast sandwiches such as English muffins with sausage and cheese, the English muffin has to be toasted well. Enough, they're not even barely cooked.Please work on this

Don't try to use offers or rewards for anything free from your app when u get to the window they will charge you even if u tell them at speaker . example I had a free fry coupon..man swiped card charged me then said your supposed tell me before you pay ...sir I did ..then the GM she says I refunded the fries here we are 2 days later and no she didn't.. never again..its the principle of lying that gets me

Visiting the area and the staff were friendly, fresh ingredients and bread was soft. The head cook Vincent was out walking the floor during some down time checking on customers. He is a superb employee and a hard worker who takes pride in the quality of his work. Will return to this location when in the area.
