I mean, usually a Wendys is a Wendys, but the folks here showed us terrific hospitality. After being on the road all day, they let us eat in the cafe even after they locked the doors. The drivethrough was still open so it wasnt inconvinecing them too much, but still a loving gesture.

Tried to use my rewards points in the app to purchase free food, some guy is telling me that I need to purchase something —Nooo, rewards are just that. They cost points and require no additional purchases. Someone needs to teach this staff. Unpleasant moment. Not happy eith my stale nuggets either.

Order was wrong. Had to repeat 5 times my order and then repeat drinks after being made the wrong size at the window. And then my drink was not even filled up!! After spending $30 and this is the service? No thanks we will not be coming back. We will drive to Red bank instead of driving right down the road from our house to this Wendy’s!!! The food was fresh but order was wrong and a receipt was not even given, I wonder why?!
