No lettuce on Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and fries were stale and tough. The air conditioning was obviously not working also. The person up front was very nice though

45+ minutes in the drive-thru just trying to get two DoorDash orders... RIDICULOUS!!!
Mismanagement! No drive-thru order should ever take more than 8 minutes 30 seconds. Train your people or close the drive-thru if they can't handle it!

Very very slow. Been waiting in the Drive thru almost an hour. As a DoirDasher that is unbelievably unacceptable. I have notified DoorDash and the customer about the ridiculously long wait

If I could've gave a lower score I would've. I had to put one star, but it's never one star service anymore. Specifically night time. Says they are open until 1 am. Around dark they quit taking orders. Online order? They won't accept it, you'll have to go in and cancel it. They'll let you sit at the drive thru speaker all night and never speak to you. WHILE THEY ARE OPEN..

Everything I visit there the drive through is super slow. The cashier couldn't hear (senior) and got a attitude when I corrected my order at the windows. He also kept my frosty card and it was for the summer.

Worst EVER. Ordered thur app. We received our 'food' an hour and fifteen minutes after. Everything cold. Missing all drinks. Called their support number. Gave a 15% refund that takes 9 to 12 business days to get back into my account.

Why do you lock the doors and make everyone sit in the drive through while you work on ONE order at a time. It’s called FAST food for a reason, you SHOULD be able to get it fairly quickly.
