I went to the Highway 58, Chattanooga location, and ordered the "new taco salad". It was so lame ! Bring back the old taco salad. You got more with it, like tostito chips, sour cream, salsa, chili and salad greens. This "new" taco salad only gives you a packet with about a teaspoon of tortilla crumbs and some salsa dressing with a small amount of salad greens. And it costs more than the old taco salad did. It's not good nor is it worth the price.

I filled out a survey but the person who finally allowed us in was rude. She let us know she was making food and running the front. And it would be a while and this is why she had the door locked.

I have eaten at this restaurant at at least 30 times going through the drive-through but this time I was cursed out at the drive-through through the voice box. It has never happened before and I can’t believe it happened this time. They really need to work on the customer service side, if this happens at all, I wish I didn’t have to leave like this. That’s what it’s come to. I am very disappointed.

Got into the drive thru at 9pm and it’s now 9:33pm, with only one car ahead of me. Had no idea fast food could take this long. Extremely ridiculous. Update: ordered at 9:40, got my food at 9:54, with 5 people working, and one came up to the window with a music speaker asking to be let in on the side entrance. Smh.

Bad experience overall. Customers in front of us walked out after asking twice if anyone was working the register and were literally ignored. Unfortunately I dropped my drink in the dining area and when we left 30 minutes later it had not been cleaned up. I was generous when I gave the food one star. Horrible!! I hope someone in management takes note of how the quality of this restaurant has hit bottom.
