I thought this time was going to be different because they were taking orders, usually they take one car at a time and what I mean by that is, when you pull in the drive thru they won't take your order until the car in front of you has their food and this time they were doing it like you are supposed to. Anyway when I got my food My burger wasn't done it was still raw inside.

Ordered a burger with no cheese at 10:31AM and the burger was very cold and had cheese on it you could tell it was not cooked fresh not to mention they start cooking at 10:30.

As of late they don't typically have enough staff to open the lobby, when they do everyone is conditioned to assume it's closed. A bit slow still inside.Recently renovated and pretty clean. The staff is friendly and seems to be efficient. Lobby was closed on last visit

The food is a hit or miss.. sometimes it be hitting and fresh, other times the food is undercooked and soggy. The older black woman always has a terrible attitude. I actually can’t think of anybody who works at this wendys who doesn’t have an attitude problem! All the women who work there that Ive had interacted with all are ghettos as hell! They also always close the lobby HOURS earlier than they should!

It’s not hard. Someone orders a sandwich with no tomatoes, don’t put tomatoes on it. The sandwich was also cold. And the chicken was mostly breading. Ridiculous.

Got here to the drive thru around 8:30 and sat for about 5 or 6 min and nothing. So we decided to pull around and a woman came to the window and said they were closed. We were confused because the door said they should be open til 2am. She didn't even have the decency to tell us, she knew we were sitting there the whole time. There was about 8 people in line behind us and we drove up and told everyone so they didn't waste their time like we did.

One of the worst drive thru experiences I have ever had. I’m not sure why they even stay open. Waited 37 minutes to get an order filled for DoorDash. I wish DoorDash would remove them from the app.

Worst customer service ever. Sat for 5 mins at drive thru nobody ever did ake my order so I drove to the first window and the person at the window was on her phone and asked me if anybody took my order and I told her no. She said she would get it. Told me that they were still serving breakfast but then turned around and told me they weren't. I ordered a chili and a hamburger another woman came to the window and said they were out of chili today so I ended up just leaving. I was very frustrated at this point. This is more than one bad experience that I've had with this particular Wendy's. I will not be returning.

I was trying to see if they have any vegan and/or vegetarian meals. Today is my pet parrots (amiee) 5th birthday and I wanted to get her a small meal such as a avocado. The response I got (couldn't even finish my sentence) was "this is recorded and I have your number". That is just rude and disrespectful to the customers just to first off, not believe what they are saying, second of all, to interrupt. I hope this problem gets fixedVegetarian options: Not may options also not any nice workers
