I come in 30 minutes after they had opened and everyone was sitting around not doing anything. I then had to wait for them to drop my chicken that I wanted and wait on it in the fryer. This is ridiculous. I saw a stuff all over the floor in different places. Really stuff that should have been cleaned up from fries, wrappers, etc. I don't know if I will come back to this location. I believe I was the first customer of the day and it should have been a lot cleaner and there should have been better service than what I received.
Love the new baconator fries but sometimes they put way too much cheese. I suggest if you're going in to order to ask for less cheese and more bacon.
They never have the salad I come for ive lived near by 15 months and love Wendy's salads but every te I go to this location they never have the salad
Worst service and worst food from a Wendy's I've ever experienced. Trucks stop Wendy's are greatly better than this Wendy's!
Went there earlier today and food was cold and nasty I didn't even finish my fries. The restaurant was not clean, my mom had to clean off our table with her own spray. There will have to be some serious changes at this location for us to even possibly consider returning. It does not even deserve the star it got.
Tables are horribly sticky. Freestyle machine is nearly always out of several flavor syrups. Pretty bad when you can't even get the custom Wendy's flavors...
I went through the drive through on Sunday and ordered a salad. They we're out of lemonade. I did not get silverware so had to eat with my fingers. I did not get a napkin so had to lick my fingers. I did not get a receipt so unable to respond to any survey. Very disappointing.
worst food I have ever I work at a Wendy's my self and im a cook and I swear to God my home style chicken sandwich was so old it looked like it just came out of the microwave 😑😑 I would suggest a new inspection and a new inspector stat don't even give them no warning that the new inspector is coming like stuff was straight nasty we'd jun 12th 2019 I do flooring as well and we went to eat at the Wendy's in East brainerd and I swear most trashy looking food and can't even keep the free style machine full and work correctly forgot to leave out employees walking out unexpected twice goofing around in the parking lot and whoever is the manager of that store just letting you know I still work at Wendy's I have pictures of my food too and I am pretty much going to talk to district manager Tammy if she is the one that knows of that place because my crew does not do what East brainerd does my managers are following up awesome and strict not to complain but I appreciate the owner of the store of contacting me on here I'm not expecting no sympathy or anything it's just I believe fast food should be served the correct way it's not really that hard and I don't understand what's up with the dress code too like the service was so so it looks like some of those employees didn't even work there freestyle machine was pretty much out of Coke product and other stuff sandwich was dry as the desert looks like it was at least 2 days old just saying I've never been allowed to serve food that dry I would have got in trouble for that stuff so far the Hixson Wendys I ate at red Bank Wendy's and Soddy-Daisy turn out to be the best out of all so if the general store manager is the one that just message me on here I'm just clarifying stuff is happening I guess when you're not around employees are probably doing things behind your back without you knowing like I understand it's your store I completely respect that it's just around business hours everyone expects good stuff and sorry for not minding my own business I'm just pointing out what I've seen
Absolute worst fast food experience in years. Its fast food, I get that. Went in on May 22nd, 2019 after 6pm. Walked in for takeout. Took about 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door til the time I got my food. One person, yes one, was in front of me. Ordered a side Caesar salad, had to refund because they didn't have the cheese. Ordered the new BBQ chic sandwich, got home, no cheese. Ordered a Sprite... Out. The manager was being controlled by his employees. They didn't listen to him. No one seemed to have any sense of urgency to get the food out. Then, after my order is ready I have 7 bags of food and 2 drinks. Why doesn't Wendy's have large bags?
Drive Through. I made 2 requests. I needed a plastic bag with handles because I walk with crutches. She said okay and left my order sitting there and worked on the next order. I think she needed time to get bag, but no she then handed me my order without the bag. I told her to add ketchup and she shook her head to say okay. Got to my destination. Order had no ketchup. I usually stay in my car and block window until I check that everything I've asked for is in my order. I didn't do that this time. I will make sure that I do it every time now on out again.

Food is never fresh. Long wait times. Employees are aggressively rude. Inside is always dirty. Half of the menu is consistently out of stock. They open late & close a full hour earlier than posted. Employees usually act like you're interrupting them. They don't care & get paid JUST to show up. I can't get Wendy's food without driving to an entirely different location.
