We found this place for after dinner drinks. I would say the vibe is pretty cool. Had a great atmosphere and great views of the river. Kinda industrial rustic style. The drinks were good and we would visit this spot again. Great selection of spirits too.

I gave it high rating for the atmosphere and views. The food was ok ... I personally thought it was good wouldn't come for just the burger or the deviled eggs. The whiskey's and drinks are plentiful. The main attraction is the atmosphere and vibe. The hotel is loaded with wonderful art from a lot of local artist. Good tourist stop.

We tried this place because of the view. My wife and I tried different cocktails at $13 each. Way off balance and hard to drink. We took a sip each and that was it! We left the rest. We also ordered the smoked nuts. Way too greasy to eat. We were never asked why we didn't eat or drink, but paid full price. We will never go back.
We’ve been here a couple of times. The ambiance and deck overlooking the river are amazing. The Pretzel sticks are highly recommended. We enjoy the whisky flights more than the cocktails, which have been hit or miss. I had a spritz the last visit that unfortunately tasted like fruity hand sanitizer. Alex was our server this visit and was helpful and attentive.

This restaurant was 10/10. We went on a Sunday without a reservation, got an outdoor patio seat overlooking the river at sunset. The espresso martini and Chattanooga whisky flight were super smooth and delicious! The Parmesan truffle fries were so good, the fried chicken sandwich was crispy and sweet, it was different, but the best sandwich ever! The chicken wings were also good but a little dry. Great service and atmosphere for a date night or girls night!

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at The Whiskey Thief while visiting from out of town, and it couldn’t have been better. Taylor took such great care of us. He was extremely attentive and brought so much fun to the evening. Every single person in our group commented on how wonderful he was. He made the experience truly memorable, in addition to keeping the event running smoothly. He added to the celebration. We’re so glad we chose The Whiskey Thief and will absolutely be back.
