My friend and I had a lovely, leisurely dinner at Whitebird. We enjoyed the wine flight ("Wine Down Thursday") and how bartender Chris educated us about each selection. The food was excellent, service friendly and attentive. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area.
Our waiter, Kenny, was excellent. The restaurant atmosphere was perfect with good choices and excellent food.
Fourth time to dine at Whitebird and they delivered as always! However, when we arrived, our OpenTable reservation system did not show in their reservation system!!! Fortunately, they were not maxed with diners at the time we arrived and staff very agreeably sat us after viewing our reservation on my OpenTable app. I don't know what would have happened if they hadn't been able to seat us.
Wonderful experience. fabulous server, Reagan, shared the history of the land the hotel is built on and suggested we try the upstairs lounge. We did and very much enjoyed it!
Wonderful time! Great staff food was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a nicer, better place to have brunch if you want to enjoy good food and good company!
Good food, nice atmosphere, fine experience overall. Did not blow us away, but was reasonably priced and nice to have a tasty restaurant available in the hotel. Breakfast was better than dinner.
We stopped in for breakfast. The shareable biscuits were fantastic. Sadly, the chicken and waffles entree was pretty mediocre. Service was terrific, and the ambience was great. Would try again.
Our server was excellent and provided insight to the menu items and made certain our food was as ordered and delicious
The food was amazing and service was great! We also had breakfast the next morning and it was great as well!
Great service and some great food selections, however the crab cakes were not appetizing at all!

Thanksgiving meal. Food presentation was nice, but unfortunately, most of the dishes were not warm at all upon serving. For three adults, a one year old and a four year old, bill was $395, which was ridiculous. Once a generous tip was added, just shy of $500. The meal was not top notch, as expected. Truly a disappointment, and felt the price was very unfair with two very young children in the mix. Cannot recommend.
Very attentive wait staff with a wealth of knowledge about the menu and the food preparation. Dinner was well prepared with very interesting combinations of flavors.
Easily the best meal we have had in Chattanooga. Will tell everyone we know to try this place out
So disappointed, we looked at the menu prior to making reservations, when we sat down our waiter seemed put off when we asked questions about the menu .We ordered eggs, bacon biscuit and potatoes and simply asked for a substitute of the potatoes. He said no and made us feel very uncomfortable. I've never been to a restaurant where there's no substitution. When we received the meal there were eggs potatoes gravy No bacon or biscuit. We sent it back and received eggs potatoes, nothing else.Service was terrible nobody checked on us waited 20mins for a refill and attitude. The other staff members were very nice but will not go back.we frequent brunch resteraunts in chattanooga sat and Sunday every weekend, this by far was the worst one.

The food was fair yet came out
Cold. Our plates were brought out one at a time. Most everyone was finished before the last persons meal came out. The restaurant was not busy and we weren't informed there was a problem with the oven /grill till we were almost finished. The server seemed a bit annoyed.
The manager should have come to the table and addressed the long wait issue, but I suppose since we were kind they felt it was not necessary. I was very disappointed in my experience at Whitebird, and had high expectations after reading previous reviews.
