I was disappointed that we couldn't stay at the restaurant it was only carry out. It certainly is not fancy. Drab interior. Ordered the chicken burger and it was fantastic. Lots of sauce, crispy seitan chicken, avocado and a delicious bun. Thought it was amazing.If they had a attractive café I could imagine that it would be jumping off the charts. For now, I would have to take my husband 45 minutes away to sit in the car and eat my burger. However it might be worth a ride.

Can't believe the audacity of Jen N. leaving a 1-star down there, complaining about holiday hours on the Friday of Christmas weekend... sounds like you didn't even get to try any food and are just salty. *eye roll* Anyway, THANK YOU guys for having some really fun options for vegetarians/vegans.

Was surprised by the take out only option as we were hoping to dine in as nothing in the website stated this. The menu looked creative but I found my French Dip very salty and was disappointed by the frozen tater tots. While I think this place could have potential, it's location doesn't do it any favours and the surprise take out wasn't inviting.The biggest turn off was the proprietor responses to negative reviews. I found the responses disparaging and sarcastic and very unprofessional. A true restauranteur would take the criticism to heart and improve on it, not berate its own customers.Based on the quality of food and experience, I won't be back.-Cheers

My family and I stopped here on a road trip for lunch. With the 5 star reviews, we figured it was good. I would give this 1 star if I could- only because it’s vegan. This is literally the worse vegan food experience we have ever had, and we have had ALOT. We have been vegan for 10 years, have traveled almost the entire country (plus several other countries) eaten in hundreds of vegan restaurants, so we have had many experiences. First of all, no bathrooms, no seating. That we could overlook if it wasn’t for the rude staff, the filthy inside of the restaurant, and the tasteless food. My son actually couldn’t eat his Philly cheesesteak because it was so bad he threw it away. My husband had the Cuban and there was nothing Cuban about it- tasted like cheap bread with fake meat with no flavor. The Crunchwrap was the best thing, but that isn’t saying much, it was still just ok. I would never eat here again, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. I can’t believe this place is even open, more or less getting 5 star reviews?? I have never written a review on a restaurant, good or bad, but I could not ignore this place. This review isn’t to be rude to the business, it is to be helpful to the vegan community and hopefully the owners take the criticism and make some changes!!!

The customer service was absolutely terrible and the people behind the desk where very rude. I got the Philly cheese steak and it tasted like cheese whiz and cold meat. The fries where clearly from a frozen bag and had no flavor or anything. The other things my family got wasn’t good, with soggy bread and no flavor. The Instagram posts are from a long time ago, because there is no seating indoors and in the pictures the place actually looks pleasing. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

food wasn't that good. staff was a bit rude. my meal was good but messy and falling apart, the rest of my family didn't finish theirs they thought it was not good at all. inside the place is dirty and messy, kitchen is dirty as well.

Full support for plant base foods ❤️I really appreciate what this eatery is trying to do. Their general aesthetic is playful and appealing. Their plant based goal is admirable but just kinda misses the mark. My sister and I each got a different sandwich. Hers was very bland and mine was so over seasoned it was barely edible. We tried to combine elements of our sandwich to make one that was more palatable but it was a lost cause. We ended up eating at home after. There seems to be a lack of balance in the flavors. Plant base food is and can be amazing, but something needs to be tweaked here.

Hands down the number 1 vegan spot in Chattanooga, TN. Your Local Seitanist makes the best vegan food of all time. Their seitan is insanely delicious, the texture and flavor is perfect, and their menu is so dynamic! I love it.

Was super excited to have vegan options at a music festival, but the owner was pretty rude when they sold out SUPER early and told someone not to bother coming back. You would think that a fellow vegan would be sympathetic to a lack of options. Never giving them another cent of my money. The food wasn't even that good to be so cocky.
