The wait was horrible - and we’d called in our order 35 minutes earlier.
We waited in the Drive-thru.
Then, we were told we had to go inside for pickup.

Ridiculous

The chicken wings should be .25 cents. They are scamming people out of their money. Laughing in your face after they took your money. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

I was wondering why the bag was so light when I got it from the DoorDash driver. The bag was so light because the wings were so tiny!! They were also overcooked and too hard to chew!! Will not eat there again. Very dissatisfied!

I’ve been coming to Wingtown since they opened in Chattanooga. At first, they were the best wing spot but they have became the worst!! The management changed & we’ve had problems EVERY since. Many people will vouch! I specifically called in today to place my order & requested that they make my chicken fresh [as last time I came, my chicken was not fresh!] The guys confirmed over the phone & once I arrived that my chicken was fresh. These guys smirked in the drive thru window the whole time I was paying & collecting my order. They also kept looking off as if you could tell they had a guilty conscious. I looked at my food & it looked fresh because it was hot [redropped].. once I arrived home to eat my food, it was a complete facade. The chicken is old, recooked & dried out. I contacted the location & instantly requested the manager—manager Angela got on the phone & I expressed my frustration that my food was not fresh, even after I requested it to be & I could tell my chicken was redropped & fried crispy but the chicken under the skin was so dry b/c it wasn’t fresh! Angela NEVER apologized [NOT ONCE] & acknowledged my concern. She first tried to say my chicken wasn’t old & it was fresh until I thoroughly explained to her how much I’ve came there in the past & I know the difference when their chicken is fresh vs when it’s not. She then came back & said she can’t put my name down—I have to come back because ppl do this to get free food. I explained to her she can look me up in their system & she’ll see I’ve spent PLENTY MONEY with them & I’m NEVER just trying to get a free meal. I just want BETTER FOOD & BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYDAY! NOT JUST ON OCCASION! Her biggest concern was driving all the way back across town to bring the chicken back for it to be remade OR refunded . I explained to Angela I’ve been at work all day & I would not be driving back over there b/c that’s an inconvenience of my gas & time plus they are about to close in the next hour & a half. She insisted! My issue is this has happened times before & I took the chicken back & all they did was set it to the side.. WHO WANTS TO DRIVE BACK UP THERE EVERY TIME WHEN I’m PAYING FOR FRESH FOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE! NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO DRIVE BACK THERE UNLESS YOU LITERALLY GAVE SOMEONE THE WRONG ORDER, NOT BAD QUALITY! Now that this is my experience again— I’m convinced they are redropping bad chicken instead of throwing it away. Not to mention, they will have you wait on it like they’re cooking it fresh, knowing they are not! If you ever wanna know if your chicken from Wingtown is old, I guarantee it will have black spots on it!! It seems this company is more concerned w| losing money rather than the health, safety/quality & customer satisfaction of their customers. You can look at the inside of the chicken & see its old & recooked due to the dryness of the chicken. This company has been constantly reported of giving out old/bad chicken!!! It’s literally hit OR miss & I’ve seen on multiple occasions where ppl have gotten sick due to them serving old chicken. There is a MUST that we get better management or close this place down!!! they definitely need to be inspected for the unsanitary conditions. Seriously!!!

Visiting Chattanooga for the weekend and stopped by wings town. Service was okay and the food tasted great, but the wings are smaller than a ketchup packet… a 20 piece was $27 with fries no drink and it felt like I could’ve gotten more meat all together on a 4 piece McNugget.
