Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

If I could give less than one star we would! It has taken more than 3 hours and they haven’t answered the phone and our Uber guy has been waiting the entire time! Do nit order from then!

Extremely slow. Was given a 33-38 minute wait time for my husband to wait and additional hour and a half. Order was wrong and missing an entire meal. Called and talked to the manager and felt like all I got was excuses. Never will I order from them again.

Watched a employee change trash and go back to making food rubbing his hair over seasoning and then comes to food station eatting a wing sucking and licking his fingers then had the nerve to get mad when the manager corrects him then proceeded to say out loud I’m washing my hands this is ridiculous and embarrassing fora brand company but waited for the manager to leave no name tags I would like a corporate opinion on what the standards are
Has to be the slowest service I’ve ever witnessed sat for 35mins for a 10 piece wing while they just did door dash orders the entire time. Just order your food on DoorDash and pick it up or you will regret it .

The people are nice but the service is slow, prepare for a 40 minute wait after ordering. The food is tash, dry and soaked in grease. And fries shouldn’t be sweet especially buffalo ones.

Ordered online - Initial order was up 15 minutes later than the confirmation listed that it would be ready. We finally received the order and they forgot to cook 2 orders of wings and a chicken sandwich. We then waited an additional 15 minutes for that be cooked. Not a good experience, but the food and fries were badass.
