Was at the brainerd wingstop at 10:25, waiting for them to open so my daughter could eat after her drs appt and before school. A worker got out of his car and walked to open the store and all you can smell was weed. It was strong and awful and filled my car up with that nasty smell.

I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

I never write reviews but this wingstop always SUCKS😭. Customer service is absolute dog water, they just stand in the kitchen on their phone when you walk in and stare at you like you’re bothering them? It’s like I forced them to put in the job application, you want to get paid yet not work at all and look all stupid when customers walk in

ordered online and got the mild wings and a extra ranch. when arriving back took a unknowingly bite of a super spicy wing that was not mild and no ranch in the bag. this was my second shot of this place after always failing to get my order right. never going again

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page.
I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

I have not been in here for a while and went for the first time yesterday. The cashier, I didn't catch his name but he was polite and patient with me because I ask a lot of questions. Food came out fresh and hot!
Update: Cameron was the Cashier tonight, and he too was patient with me by explaining certain things about my meal. After waiting for a few minutes, the food was fresh, hot and ready! Cameron was really polite and offered drinks for our wait. Which was so nice in my opinion. Even the staff in the back was really friendly. 10 out of 10 rating for everything! I ordered 20 wings and the cajun corn. That CORN is what these young people call it.. BUSSIN'!
