They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

I have not been in here for a while and went for the first time yesterday. The cashier, I didn't catch his name but he was polite and patient with me because I ask a lot of questions. Food came out fresh and hot!

Update: Cameron was the Cashier tonight, and he too was patient with me by explaining certain things about my meal. After waiting for a few minutes, the food was fresh, hot and ready! Cameron was really polite and offered drinks for our wait. Which was so nice in my opinion. Even the staff in the back was really friendly. 10 out of 10 rating for everything! I ordered 20 wings and the cajun corn. That CORN is what these young people call it.. BUSSIN'!

Took an hour to get five wings and seven tenders. Workers did not give a crap and had a long line. Got matbe one order out every ten minutes.

Unfortunately, our experience at this Wingstop wasn't the best. We placed a large order of six boxes of wings, and to our surprise, several of them arrived without sauce, which was very disappointing since we ordered different flavors. Additionally, we only received a single portion of ranch dressing for the entire group to share, which isn't enough considering the amount of food we ordered.

We felt there was little attention to detail in the order, which greatly affected the experience. We expected more, especially since it was a sizable order. Hopefully, they'll improve quality control and be more careful with orders for future occasions.

I am utterly disappointed by this visit. Usually the food I get is exceptional, however it has been a few months since my last visit. I ordered a five piece tender combo with fries and a drink. When I went to get my bag of food, I noticed the employees had it set on the rack sideways. When I open the bag, the fries have spilled everywhere. The ranch cup was filled barely halfway. My fries were soggy, limp, and had no seasoning. Usually when I get the fries, they are really good and the seasoning is top tier. When I open my tender box, the presentation was really sloppy, likely due to the fact that the bag was sitting on the rack sideways. One of the tenders at first looked like it had a bite off of it, and I was puzzled. It turned out it was ripped in half for some reason, but they gave it to me like that anyways. I had another one of my tenders the size of a chicken nugget. I have literally seen nuggets larger than that one tender (image below). The best part about this meal was my ranch (which there was not a lot of), and my drink, but the drink machine was completely out of over half the flavors. I am more than willing to spend 15 dollars on a wingstop order for myself because the food quality is usually completely worth the price. But I must say, this visit was a complete waste of 15 bucks that I could have used elsewhere. I work at food service, in the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food as possible. If something is bad, I will ensure the customer does not have it. There should be no reason why basic standards like these were not applied at this store today. I will not come to this location for a long time.
