Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

Absolutely amazing! Best wings ever, had the garlic Parmesan. The staff were attentive, and the store was clean. Stopped in on my way back to the office in Red Bank and one of the employees told me they were opening one in Hixon soon….yay!

My cousins and I places an online order, and when we picked it up, our wings were so fresh and crunchy and crispy. And the staff were so energetic and friendly. Like I gobbled those wings like there was no tommorow.

Didn’t give me ANY ranch for my 40 dollar order I paid for ranch, put hardly any ranch on the voodoo fries and got my wing order wrong ordered hot honey and they gave me plain

Spent $72 here and I could & should have went somewhere better just for the customer service. We had never been there & the lady taking our order was so rude. Acted as if she didn’t wanna be there and we were bothering her..The food was okay.. not worth the money at all.

Literally left out 2 orders of fries and got our other order swapped.
They messed up my order completely and wanted proof so I brought back the tray with all the messed up chicken and even 4 leftover bones that my kids left. To which a few mins later a new customer that had a messed up order as well comes in and he gives them my messed up food knowing someone else contaminated it. This place is disgusting. The management needs a a complete freshen up on proper training. And honestly I don’t know how it’s not shut down.
