My order is always right. Service is always fast and friendly. Ebony and Aniya were super helpful. Fantastic service especially for a fast food experience!

Bad vibes

The person working the drive-thru is very rude and very unsociable

Maddison served our order this week. She greeted me and my family with a very warm welcome, and was patient when we couldn't decide on our order. The food was good as per usual. I recommend going later on Sunday to miss the church crowd.

Kishyah was very unapproachable and disrespectful. No manners whatsoever at the window.

Like seriously.. .25 cents for a ranch sauce.. yall have got to be kidding me.. I SPEND enormous amounts of money at this establishment.. and yall wanna charge me .25 cents for a ranch sauce and its not even the packet.. its just the little one to dip... yall are super expensive for the average person.. but my family of 8 eat here ALL the time.. we can spend almost $100 in here at one time.. charging for dippin sauces is INSANE!!!

Did not give me the correct order. If theyre gonna cover my chicken in sauce they could at least give me a fork but not even that. Pass on this location its not worth the trouble.

I waited over 20 minutes to get my order taken. Then had to wait again even longer to get my food , two girls got into it behind the counter . Also the chicken is SMALL I ordered a 6 piece finger plate fries were cold .

Half the time you go, there's not enough sauce on the chicken. The other half it's great... Definitely gets worse the later in the evening you get the food.

Edit: I don't know how true this is still for what I used to get, but for the chicken finger meal, this problem doesn't seem to generally exist anymore. Very consistent, good experience from there now - at least for what I get now.

Zaxby's in general is kinda way too expensive now though, way more than it should be.

It's July 18 just stopped here before work and grab a bit to eat I should have went somewhere else the food today was not worth it too over cooked

Went in on Saturday, July 5 with my family to enjoy takeout as we do. We ordered at the front counter and sat to wait on our food. 20 minutes goes by and nothing. I got up to check, and a girl named Aniya, whom was supposed to be making our food, was seen not only reaching into her pants while making food, but also sitting on her phone next to what I later found to be my order. While my family did not want to make a fuss, I chose not to eat my share.

The cooks seem to be the only ones actually working here. I walked in to no greeting and stood at the register for 6 minutes before I was even acknowledged. After i ordered, the food was ready before i filled my drink and found a seat.

Everytime I order delivery from here I'm always missing sauces. Heck, even when I order through the drive through I'm usually missing my sauces. I don't know why it's so hard to put sauces in the bag but apparently it takes a rocket scientist level skill set to do so.

I came here today and ordered so much food. I knew by the kind lady at the window that my food was going to slap. 10/10. Everything was so fresh and good.
