Would not recommend to any one from the customer service. Slow service. The older Africsn American manager is not the nicest person to speak with. I won’t be visiting this establishment again due to the service I was given.

I was in there the other day and Janay & Brittany were putting up xmas decorations and very friendly. The atomsphere was really nice and clean.

The girl working front counter seemed to have an attitude towards me but lady working in The kitchen was so nice. She made it up just by her personality. Thank you so much for that. God bless you.

I’ll eat here doing lunch hours as I normally do I got off a little late didn’t have time to eat lunch came around 7pm Friday night wasn’t greeted had window closed on me and ask for a manager and was ask what’s the problem from a distance he made the order right it and fresh but I just felt unwelcomed

They use to be so good! The past year I've been disappointed every time I try them.
Food is either old, not cooked properly (the fries are undercooked/overcooked, got a sandwich with the bread not toasted (just white bread), not enough sauce) missing sauce packets, full sugar cokes instead of diet Cokes. It's always something. Hopefully they can get back up to normal quality. I've missed what it used to be.

Janay is super rude. She doesn’t know how to treat or speak to her staff. I was in store and saw the way she talks to her staff and I was appalled. I asked one of the young ladies I think her name was Tamia for her name because I know that this is not the Zaxby’s culture. Also if you the GM why are you walking around the store out of uniform. This woman looked like she was going to the gym instead of being at work.After this review I’m calling corporate on the handsome Squidward look alike

I had an amazing experience. The dining area was clean and tidy. And the service I received from Donice was exceptional. My previous experience was not near as amazing as this one I will only be returning because of the service I received!

Upon entering the drive thru at the Zaxbys on highway 58, I ordered a 6 piece tongue torch chicken finger meal with double fries, instead of cole slaw. I also requested ranch instead of Zax sauce. The order was re-read to me twice incorrectly with the drive thru worker asking if I wanted ranch OR tongue torch, after explaining I wanted the tenders dipped in tongue torch and that I wanted ranch dipping sauce twice, she finally understood. This order came up to $15 and when I got home, I did not have 6 tenders like I ordered. They packed 5 and put in two small broken pieces for the 6th tender. It looked like one side of fries and then a missing side. This is very unprofessional, it appeared that the employees did not want to be at work, viewing the job merely as an unwanted job, rather than a profession that may not be their dream or goal but at least something. A service job, where the customers should not pay for the employees' failed dreams or goals. Businesses cannot last or keep customers with such egregious carelessness.

This place is trash. The GM walks around yelling at her crew. Even came in out of uniform to yell at one of her cashiers.
