Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby’s is ran by kids! In the middle of my order the girl with the red hair got on instagram and showed the cashier pictures. Unprofessional is an understatement. And somehow out of French fries. So unprepared as well!

I placed an online order at 4 pm. It said it would be ready at 4:15, at 4:40 I'm still waiting and asking if they lost my order. The girl at the counter tried to argue with me that i didn't place my order until 4:29. See the screenshot. This place has BS service.

Not sure why I keep letting them do me like this. Added my own salt. I didn't ask for a modification on my fries. My order is always wrong. I'm charged for traditional wings and get boneless. Over it.

Horrible service and nasty/ unhygienic food! Outside of the fact that I was charged .25 for a sauce that I didn’t request, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my food that when I received it wasn’t even fresh. I got home and looked at one of my drinks that came with my purchase and it had a black spot under the lid. I took the lid off and guess what it was a freaking bug, Then a strand of burgundy hair and more black particles, my reaction was to immediately toss it because ewww , disgusting right(big mistake on my part). I then look at the bottom of the cup and it was more black particles stuck to the cup. Gather what you want from that but there’s no way that was a clean cup! So I call the restaurant and speak to a manager to only be asked did I take a picture, wtf takes pictures of bugs?! I just spent 25 dollars on 2 meals m, so you really think i’ll be calling to get a free 2-3 dollar drink? Then the manager hung up on me twice. At this point I trashed the food because if that cup was like that there’s no telling what’s being done to the food, my suggestion don’t patronize this location! Very unsanitary!

Ordered takeout and was there in 7 minutes. The bone in wings were hard and tough. Like they had been sitting around for hours and re heated. Same with the fries. Not one employee greated or spoke to me as I picked up my order Un attended. They were all looking c at their phones. I have always loved Zaxbys and hope this was just a fluke. If not, you will be gone soon.

Food was old and cold fries and chicken bread was hard. Ask for honey mustard got everything I didn’t ask for.

Very methodically slow. Four people walking around behind the counter with just me at the register and serving no other guests on the store. 3 minutes to get around to take my order. Another 12 minutes waiting on my salad with them only prepping drive thru orders.

The food was good and served quickly. We didn’t really receive service with a smile though. It seemed the drive through attendant was definitely having a bad day.

Very slow and inept staff. They were friendly, but very slow and inattentive.

I arrived at the drive-through around 8:25 PM, but the inside was closed, as usual, despite the posted hours indicating that the restaurant is open until 9:00 PM. While I was waiting, I noticed at least seven cars leave the drive-through line. A possible solution would be to have both the front and drive-through open at the same time during posted hours. If I were a franchise owner, I would be concerned about this situation and would want to address the service issues at this location. I would definitely review the cameras to assess lost business and would likely incentivize my employees to represent my company as if it were there own. We sat in your drive though for over 45 minutes. Food was great but service lacked.

This is a great Zaxbys. Me and my coworkers go here almost every day for lunch. The staff is great and the food is always good. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help. The food is ready almost before you can get your drink.
