Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Manager whos name starts with a J, is very rude and started cussing in front of me and my TWO year old child who is picking up on words. She was also being rude to her staff members and was getting mad when we had asked for an extra sauce. I am highly disappointed in her behavior and I will not be returning anytime soon.

The middle aged woman working the evening of 7/27/2025 was not friendly, was actually very rude and passive aggressive after she messed up our order and we asked it to be corrected. The chicken was not edible; dry, very small, and unfortunately tasted like someone was smoking a cigarette over it. Absolutely awful and this was this nail in the coffin for our visits to Zaxby’s. Do better or do something else, please.

I been to this location 2x and the first time was over a year ago or so (when they had mr.beast box) and that box was so good. I went recently and the food didn’t taste good, the chicken was dry and fries tasted old, I ended up giving the chicken to my dog and even the milkshakes didn’t taste good, don’t know how anyone can mess a milkshake up and plus I waited so long for my order just for them to forget things and I had to go back. Paid too much for this poor quality(had more than one meal-for multiple), I Will definitely not be going back.

this zaxbys needs new management, more staff, SOMETHING!! was told to pull forward & waited 30 minutes for TWO SALADS and order of fried pickles, they brought out 1 salad which was the wrong one. waited an additional 15 minutes for my food, which was still prepared wrong, which at that point i was just hungry and ready to eat. avoid this zaxbys at all costs.

the food was good don’t get me wrong, but there was this one worker squirting the sauce at another worker in there He was acting very violent towards his peers, and imo you shouldn’t have nobody that violent working in a USUALLY peaceful and collected environment

Ordered the ginormous fajitas quesadill. It was not ginormous, definitely did not look like the picture. Did not have bell peppers on it the onions were terrible. I will definitely never order it again and I will not eat at the hwy 58 Zaxby again.

Consistently slow. regardless of whether the drive thru or store is busy, you will wait a long time.

This is there new quesadilla btw. Took atleast 30 minute for cheddar bites and whatever this thing is. This is by far the worst place to go to on highway 58. Service is fine but they obviously don’t care. I Wont be surprised when the owner has to shut down. I would just go to corporate but I’d rather the people look at this review and the photo and just go to a different zaxabys.

The past 2 times we’ve gotten food here we’ve been sick. Idk what the problem is but just take the extra time and go to Hixson because these fools have no clue what they’re doing.

It took forever for us to get our order. We stood there for 20 minutes just waiting for the food. When I got my food it was messed up because I got the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and it had no cheese so I went up there to tell them there was suppose to put cheese and they took it and sprinkled cheese and didn't melt it at all. Horrible service.

One of the works decided to take 10 minutes of her time to talk to a customer about prom while our food was literally sitting there on the counter bagged and ready to go. So just know that if you’re in a rush or hungry don’t go there.
