I recently dined at Zaxby's on Highway 58, and while there were positive aspects, I feel compelled to share my observations. As a customer, I value transparency and constructive feedback, so here are my thoughts:1. **Order Issue**: During my visit, an order was missing the chicken. The manager's response was that my only option was to return for the missing food or call back to talk to the general manager tomorrow. While I understand mistakes happen, I expected more flexibility in resolving the situation. Perhaps offering a refund would have been appreciated.2. **Customer Expectations**: As a loyal patron, I hold Zaxby's to high standards. I believe that addressing such incidents promptly can significantly enhance the overall dining experience. A proactive approach to customer satisfaction is crucial.3. **Recommendation**: Despite this hiccup, I remain hopeful that my next visit will be more positive. Always fresh food and quickly served but lately orders aren't accurate. Dine in made to go, orders switched between customers...Lately seems to be better on accuracy. I didn't watch them but I have noticed they removed the TV's

The food is always good, but the customer service sucks. I went there for 2 meals and was handed my food but no drinks. I sat there waiting thinking they were making the tea fresh. Instead, they closed the window without asking if I was missing something. When I beeped my horn, a 2nd employee didn't say a word and handed me my drinks. I said thank you and did not get a response. I will not be going back to this location.

I haven't been to a Zaxby in years. Service changed after the pandemic, due to lack of help, I assume. I decided to try them again. The new philly sandwich is delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. This location is the best one I have been to. I will definitely be back.

Why do I keep coming back when every time it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru when there'sonly 4 cars in line. One order at a time, and they don't take the next order until the previous order is paid and the guest drives away. Why!!? I really wish they would get a Chick-fil-A over here. This place would close down in a month. The staff could care less if they get your order right or even at all and apparently the management team doesn't care either. I gave my order 3 times and every time the cashier repeated it back to me she was wrong. I just tool whatever she stuck out the window.
