Yeah they refused service after I placed a pickup order, embarrassed me in front of my father, and the closing staff were extremely rude and nasty. Also, they didn’t give me or my family food including my sick brother anything except a rude glare and most likely the finger the moment we turned our backs.

This new lemon pepper dry rub is so dang good they got to make it permanent item please!!!!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered the fried white cheddar bites from this location and have gotten almost the same 7 pieces small amount for almost 6 bucks?? What is going on with the portions?

This place is the worst! Poor management! Takes an hour to get your food! Poor organization and people just standing around. While waiting for my food, they screwed up almost every order they filled. Our family loves Zaxby’s but this one needs to be shut down.

The worst food in the world.the chicken wings were dried out and the French fries did not taste like potatoes . The cashier said one word sentences, and the people in the back were just standing around. It was about 5:30 on a Sunday and they had one eat in customer and no drive thru customers.

Had a mobile order wasn't made aware of the lack of cheese until after I got my order but Andrew made sure I was taken care of but Corey went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied great guys thanks for the great experience in real professionalism ???

The manager was fantastic, but the girl who took my order messed up. When I told her she didn't seem concerned. I told her again (either she did not care or she couldn't read my order) so she brought the manager up for me to "tell" him what the problem was.
Again, he was phenomenal!!

I use to like Zaxby’s but I eat twenty chicken tenders and I had a total protein test about 12 hours later and the test said my protein was low. I guess the tenders are low in protein.

After an unprofessional interaction at the East Brainerd location, I decided to drive all the way to Hwy 58. I have previously ate at this location and always had great service. Kennedy took my order. She took her time and was not pushy. She was very nice and have great manners. As I approached the window she was busy making drinks. I advised her manager Heather that I really appreciated how pleasant Kennedy was when taking my order. I also confirmed that I really like this location because the food is always fresh from my perspective. I recommend this location due to the welcoming atmosphere, fresh food, and world class customer service.
