Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This has got to be the worst Zaxbys that I have visited. This is the 3rd time that they have not gotten our order correct. I have caught the issue at the drive thru. Unfortunately my wife didn't check when she got our food and they of course messed the order up again. I will NEVER visit the one on East Brainerd Rd. How hard is it to fix lemen pepper fingers? Really!? Buffalo and Lemon Pepper don't even look the same.

Was very dissatisfied with my Zaxbys 4 finger plate. I get home and I open the box to all my food all over the box. Nice and cold too I might add. So ridiculous. Pretty much just throw it in the box and not actually make sure the proportions were correct. Did not get what I PAID for that’s for sure!!!!

East Brainerd location- Chattanooga Tn-

It seems like this location is staffed almost entirely by very young or inexperienced workers, and unfortunately, it really shows in the quality of service. The orders are rarely correct something always seems to be missing or made wrong and the wait times are unbelievably long, even when the place isn’t busy. The staff often seem disorganized and distracted, which makes the whole experience frustrating.

On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The floors are sticky, tables are left dirty for long periods, and the bathrooms are often in poor condition. It honestly feels like there’s very little management or supervision here, and it shows in every part of the visit. This location definitely needs better training, stronger leadership, and much higher standards of cleanliness and customer service.

I went on my break and there were a few cars in front of me. Had my order taken and food in about 6 minutes. I waited a bit for them to take my order when I got up to the screen but it was lunch rush and understandable. I ordered the house salad with crispy chicken and ranch. It came out perfectly! There is definitely enough lettuce, chicken and cucumbers but i wish they'd charge a bit more and give more onions amd cheese. I only had enough to eat the first half of my salad 🥗 the first half was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of parking and the people serving me were kind.

The worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. You will always wait 20+ minutes, the service is horrible, the employees are blatantly rude, and they will always mess up your order in some way. It’s ridiculous

I don’t know who you had on shift working tonight but when I got to the window after ordering at the drive thru, the young man working opened the window and just stared at me…..genuinely, like I was an inconvenience…. I had to ask what my total was and then upon checking my order, I realized they left out the sauce that comes with the meal + the extra sauce I ordered. I went inside to ask the young woman working the counter for the sauce that was missing and although she was accommodating I didn’t receive an apology and when she turned around to retrieve the sauce, I witnessed her mocking me to the guy working the window……. And for what? Where the heck was management and why are your employees so unhappy to be there? & to top it off, I got home and a part of my order was missing…..

The worst service ever. We went through the drive thru. Had to give our order of 3 drinks multiple times. By the time we got to the window, they got no drink orders correct. Even after they handed them to us - they still got them wrong. Avoid this location unless you don’t care what your order is.

The Person who was cleaning up was so rude to my family saying that we put trash on the table we even didn’t sit down on she doesn’t have respect to the customers,The employees are doing racism to the black community and I witnessed it on me

My daughter came here to pick up a salad for me and had to ask for a refund after waiting for 40 mins! 40 mins for a premade salad and the store wasn’t even busy. The best part was she was told at the drive thru they couldn’t take her order and to come inside. Bulldoze this location and start over!

This establishment is the absolute worst! I waited over 10 mins in the drive thru and no one took my order, so I went in to place my order and waited an additional 30 mins for a salad! Do not go to this location. It is poorly ran.
