Zaxbys had always been okay growing up. Not my favorite, but not the worst option.
I saw all that to state that it is now one of our go to places. That box hits the spot. Two feeds the family. Amazing bang for your buck.

Order was left in the window without being called. Had to get the attention of a manger for them to give us the food. Our chicken salad was missing the chicken….

I ordered traditional chicken fingers plate. The chicken fingers were good and so was the toast, but the fries were stale and unseasoned. Very disappointed since I ordered a double order of fries. The worker forgot to ask me what kind of sauce I'd like. So when I noticed she didn't put any sauce in my bag, I had to wave to get her attention. She seemed annoyed when I told her, "I'd like a honey mustard sauce please".

The drive thru is so slow that by the time I got my food it was cold. I ordered tenders and fries and the fries were so salty it was ridiculous and the tenders were dry. My drink was watery from the ice melting. I generally order via the app in hopes to be quick and fresh because I am headed to work. I real like Zaxbys food but it's slacking.

Parking: The lot is a little bit confusing because of the traffic light right next to the entrance of the parking lot but there's a decent amount of spaces. Don't try to go drive around the building because it's just a one lane so you order and you're stuck in the lane until you've got your food and you can go .....just a heads up...

Kid-friendliness: Always a good place to take the little, she loves the chicken and especially the fries.

The food was horrible. I spoke with the manager Brittany( who hung up in my face) who was very rude. I will be calling to speak to corporate about my experience. Spend your money somewhere else to save you the trouble.

Good food always

Cashier was horrible and unprofessional. Restroom was clean. I visited this location Sunday 8/11/24 I gave the cashier 100 dollar bill for a 30.62 order she gave me two 20s three 5's and 4 ones then 38 cents. when i realized she owed me 10 more dollars she got loud with me and said I gave you 4 fives! i said no you didn't I put everything back on the counter and she slung 5 dollars at me i said baby you still owe me money I just took my money sat back down then she came to my table and tried to correct me after I corrected her she walked off huffing she was still wrong. She was talking about how the other workers couldn't count obviously you need more training and if i gave you 100 why does my receipt say 35.00 was given you are a thief and a scammer. The food made me sick. The chicken tacos were nasty that cheese is gross. yelling at me while I was eating my fries with those three teeth in her mouth. I held my temper.
