everytime without fail they never give me a straw. I know this about this location so when the guy handed me my food last time i asked if i could have a straw and i guess that annoyed him bc he glared at me and moved as slow as possible handing me the straw. It was such a huge inconvenience to him i guess but I always have issues with them not giving me straws for my drinks.

The food was delicious. The lemon pepper dry rub was fantastic. Although I asked for coleslaw with my meal. I didn't get it. Not happy about that. Other than that it was good.

Girl at the speaker was nice, however the girl handing me my food shoved my food at me and SLAMMED the window in my face after simply stating “thank you so much” 🤣 idk who pissed her off but maybe she should learn to bottle her emotions when working customer facing. Not the first time this zaxbys has been rude won’t be the last i assume either.

I'm sorry, but I was stunned at how bad my chicken tasted The chicken fingers were tough and seemed as if they we're very old. My fries were lukewarm. The best thing about my meal was the drink. What happened to this place?

Probably the single rudest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Employees were rude at the speaker box then once I pulled up to the window and was handed food items, I politely said thank you after each one and was ignored then had the drive through window slammed in my face. I was going to add a few zax sauces to my order but was unable to even after sitting there for a minute I was blatantly ignored. Will not be back to this Zaxbys!

Im a repeated guest but this place was not friendly staffs esp. The manager has bad attitude and inside and outside was dirty place... i asked for extra crispy wings.. it come out bad taste... Bad experienced... not coming back for sure! Poor Customer Service....
