The chicken was gristley, Waited for 35 minutes for food, lots of cobwebs in the windows, and tables needed wiped off, won’t be back to this location again.

For a Zaxbys it was good. It is not five star dinning, but service was good, speed was good and food was good. What else could you really ask for at a fast food restaurant.

I did an online order I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I stood at the counter for 1 and a half hours after the first 30 minutes. The woman at the counter apparently kept giving my order to other people. I'll never return to this location.

Perhaps the worst Zaxby's on the planet. I have been there multiple times and there is zero work ethic. Zero customer service. I will not be back.

I have been here for 25 minutes and still haven’t received my food. FAST FOOD FOR A REASON! I guess they had to go kill the chicken first

Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes they never acknowledged me. There was a line of cars behind me. Afterwards a guy showed high as a kit stinking of weed and they tried him like he was great. Worse Zaxbys I've been, they are a fatigue generator.

Went and placed a mobile order today and then waiting until around the time it said it would be ready and went in to pick it up. It wasn’t ready, so I proceeded to then wait at LEAST 40 minutes for them to finally give me my food. The food wasn’t fresh it was cold and the cheese bites tasted old and not fresh. I waited 40 minutes for them to give me old food. I am absolutely disappointed in the service.

Absolutely slowest restaurant I have ever been to. Like it’s actually insane how slow these people are. And it’s wasn’t just a one time thing. It’s an every time thing.

I had a poor experience here. They had 1 register working on a Saturday evening, and it was a long wait. The fountain drink machine was broken for Coke, Diet Coke, and Coke Zero. Bathrooms and restaurant were dirty. I do not recommend this Zaxby’s.

Second time I have stopped in the last 2 weeks and both times they were EXTREMELY slow and they didn’t seem to care that they were slow. Employees very apathetic.

This is a solid Zaxby's location with friendly staff and fresh food.
