We tried going to the bakery. There is no store front there, just the baking is done there. Nothing to buy.

I stopped at the Pilot/Flying J, Knoxville to get myself a snack and there I saw a table full of pastries. I didn’t know which to try. I ended up getting the pecan pie and it was delicious. Usually I would bypass a table of pastries but this day I couldn’t resist. So if you are in the area stop by and try something from their pastry table. You will not regret.

I came upon some of this business' wares at a gas station on a long drive home. I know Mennonite baked goods when I see them and I always enjoy them, so I had to grab some for later!

There were cookies, bread, sandwich cookies, and more. Lots of different flavors and combinations!

I selected two mini loaves: banana nut and pumpkin bread. We ate them over the next couple of days and both were yummy!

The pumpkin bread was super moist and had yummy warm spices. The banana walnut loaf was maybe a little too dense for me but I enjoyed it regardless. Definitely worth grabbing some goodies if you see them out and about!

Oh my gosh! I tried your baked goods at a local establishment and couldn't believe how good it looked, how much care went into the packaging, and especially how wonderful it tasted. I have a little bit of a sweet tooth but am very selective these days so I don't like to get anything a second time just because it looks good. These baked goods take the cake, no pun intended. They're just that good and I would definitely buy from them again and again, should the opportunity arise (I'm from out of town). Truthfully, I only wished I didn't have to worry about my waistline these days, as I could have purchased one of just about every kind. Thank you so much for the care and efforts you all put into making such wonderful products and desserts. Absolutely delicious.

The display table at the KnoxvilleTennessee Pilot grabbed my attention. Everything looked delicious, so I purchased a slice of coconut cake, a little loaf of banana nut bread and a little loaf of chocolate chip cherry bread ....
Everything was delicious! Cant wait to stop back thru and try all the different varieties of baked goods! Loved them! ♡

The carrot cake and red velvet cakes from pilot are freaking amazing! And I'd love to try a whole pie instead of pieces! All very fresh! Love the icing not to sweet!

I'm from Amish country Northern Indiana. I bought your sourdough bread. You have the best I've had. Thank you so much for the best.

I have not visited the bakery but the items available at the Pilot/Flying J are awesome. I have yet to be disappointed by anything purchased. The selection is pretty good. I've been eating the Mountain View goods for a few months now. No complaints.

Bought a whole bunch of stuff they had for sale at the pilot truck stop and everything was absolutely amazing!!!

I purchased the “Strawberry Cheesecake Roll” at a Flying J truck stop in Knoxville, TN and I must say that this has to be the driest cake that I’ve ever eaten. It reminded me of a dry biscuit. Great cakes are moist, light and fluffy. I should’ve known that this would be a poor purchase after seeing hundreds of the cakes sitting there untouched. The label has a clear description of the included ingredients, which is great, but the overall taste and quality of the cake is subpar, below-average and not remotely worthy of being stocked at a Whole Foods or a store that carries premium foods.

AWFUL! Not even worth a score of one. Chocolate chip whoopie pie was flavorless, mushy and left a greasy film in mouth. The oatmeal raisen cookie was DRY and flavorless. Absolute waste of money. One bite and both thrown away.
