First time eating here. When we arrived there were not many servers. We had to wait for a both to be cleaned before we could sit down although to be fair there were tables available. We didn't have any idea we were supposed to seat ourselves. (No sign.) The menu had pretty basic choices but the food we ordered was good and plentiful, especially the fried potatoes and onions. We also ordered hamburger steaks. We will go back when we are in the area. They got more servers as...
This was my first visit to this restaurant. This place is quite busy each time I drive by. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had the hungry man's breakfast. The food was good. I would like to try one of their lunches during my next visit.
Always GOOD country food and a great value! I love breakfast here before a long hike. It's a little old fashioned, so don't come expecting a trendy decor or music. But come hungry if you are a local, or come for some true backwoods country flavors if that's what you want to try. The hash browns are crisp, the biscuits are perfect and the gravy is a hint of brown like Grandma's, so bring a big ripe ? to slice up on top.
