Auntie Anne's need to adjust their app to where when it's down you can enter a phone number to still be able to use the rewards and gain points. I went there this evening to use my reward that is expiring and had them dig everything out and make my drink and then it sat on the counter and then rung up only to be told they can not accept the app today. Very disappointed as in today's technology there is no reason a phone number entered cant pull everything up.

So me and the wife stopped by she wanted the dogs wrapped in bread (pigs on a blanket is what I call them) he gave her a cup that was dried up and hard she asked for a different cup he said no he can’t do that he has to go in order she said well I don’t want them I’ll have to go somewhere else if that is the only cup I can have he shrugged and said whatever and walked away absolutely done here we don’t do rude customer service
