Food has been sitting in the case for an extended amount of time and requested fresh food. I asked for a refund they would not do either not a refund or prepare fresh food. They made me leave without food or my money back.

Worst visit ever. 4:30 pm wed 4/2, asked for unsalted pretzel bites, they laughed at me my wife and baby and said 20-35 min. Terrible staff. Will not stop by again and will write corporate about experience

The manager needs to learn how to do gift cards. It is pretty aggravating that I knew what she was doing wrong, but she didn’t want to even try. You have to swipe the gift card prior to the customer paying for it!

I have recently stopped by Auntie Ann’s and had a great experience with the young lady at the front. She was very polite and answered any questions I had and made my order swift as possible. Food was fresh and the drink was just right! 10/10 recommend Thank you Auntie Ann’s for having a great customer service employee like herself, it’s very much needed nowadays.

They knowingly sell old, stale pretzels when fresh ones are sitting right there. A customer should get to pick what they want to buy and not be forced to take the burnt stale ones that should probably already be in the trash. It’s ridiculous. You pay $4 for basically a cup of ice cause they put barely any lemonade in it. They should be ashamed. Needs new management.

Pricey for what you get and then the real annoying thing that it seems more and more businesses and employers are doing is putting their customers in the position of asking them to leave a tip for non traditional jobs that customers were not expected to tip for. Tipping was reserved for those employees who received LESS than minimum wage. Now it seems like everyone has their hand out expecting to be tipped for doing the job they are paid to do. The businesses are putting pressure on their customers to leave tips for everything now. I for one am fed up with this practice and I won't shop at a business that does this or I pay in cash once I know they pressure their customers to leave a tip. I reserve my tipping for those who DO work for less than minimum wage and earn tips based on their service. I will not tip someone for doing the job they are being paid to do or because the owners of these businesses are too cheap to pay their employees enough to keep them there.

Went for 2 pretzels, guy told me it had a question for me. Question was basically
how much I'm tipping. I'm glad I didn't tip cause the pretzels were very stale. Not going back. If yall gonna ask for tip at least make the food fresh.

The NERVE of these ppl. Did the price go up or was it the same?.. can’t remember, I don’t come here often to auntie ann. And.. the food is Not the best place to eat in the mall, but it is semi tasty for a small treat. My toddler wanted some sweets, we came to this place to get a pretzel and some small dog thingy. I was done ordering two items, this girl said.. $15.40! Me not paying attention to the price until the card reader was asking for a Tip. I’m trying my best to push option no for a tip, hoping it declined. I didn’t ask why the price so high, I asked why it’s not going to another option-No Tip. The dead looking girl explained and looked at me. I looked at her and the price and said.. heck no!! No Tip and should’ve walked off completely w/o any food. But.. my toddler was hungry. So.. how in the heck you gonna ask for a tip on a dang Pretzel??!???smh..NEVER AGAIN.
