Smells like sewage and bugs in restroom
Absolutely rude!!!!
We were sitting at a booth they sat us at...
Kitchen door swings open and hits our booth hard... waiter is rushing... I said excuse me... and he stared us down and walked off.
Then came back out next time and hit us harder! My wife said something as well this time. He said maybe we should just move then if bothered!
What?!!! No apologies! Just attitude! As if we are the problem.
No wonder this place is empty!!
Then when I asked for management he refused!
We ate at the other location several times and always loved it!
This guy needs to be fired... cussed us out and tried throwing us out after asking for apology.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Rude staff!

How is this place not packed?? Amazing food, so fresh and so good! We got bento boxes for lunch. Who knew that tempura sweet potato was so good? We have a new favorite place.

We absolutely love coming here. All the meals we've tried have been wonderful. Service is the best. Definitely recommend you try it.
The food is fine, but please update your hours online. Y'all are not open until 10:00 PM on Sundays. When I saw your hours on your door, I could not in good conscience walk in eight minutes before closing. Please, update your hours.

Restaurantji Recommends
The wife and I go here for lunch dates every now and again. We love the lunch bento box it is an enormous amount of food for the price. We always leave with to-go boxes. Servers are always great, and we love it here and the pho is so good. They have other great soups and sushi as well.

I tried this place yesterday evening for the First time. A Family Friend recommended this place to me and my mom. It was delicious! I got the combination fried rice with Extra Yum Yum sauce on the side. The Rice came out hot and was fresh which was an A+ for me. The Portion Size was huge as well for just 2 people. Highly Recommend!

We love and have supported this place since they have been open. Tonight was different.
I asked the male waiter what are the differences between all the shrimp egg rolls and his exact response was “I don’t know”.
The chicken bahn mi only had a few pieces of chicken and all bread, one thin slice of cucumber . The spring egg rolls were filled with old discolored lettuce and no sign of pork in them.
The shrimp in the tempura shrimp was sooo mushy on the inside every single piece!
To be honest it just doesn’t feel the same no more, every thing seems to be made half-as…
Sad we spent $75 and definitely was not worth it this go round👎🏽

I've been here three times, and it is very inconsistent every time. I've had a handful of items off their menu including sushi, pho, spring rolls, the shrimp dumplings, and a few flavors of their fruit teas. The pho, specifically the kimchi dumpling one, is absolutely delicious. However, they have forgotten the actual kimchi dumplings before, which was unfortunate as that's the literal name of the dish. The sushi I got was good, can't recall the name but it was essentially an Alaska roll with crab salad and crunchy topping. The spring rolls were pretty bland, the shrimp dumplings were okay. Usually the fruit teas are delicious, but can be hit or miss with how fresh they taste.
Atmosphere is a bit odd. It seems a little unfinished decor wise, and the waiter was playing music from his phone. I enjoy country music, but it was very loud and kind of an odd choice considering the visual esthetic of the resturant. Seems clean enough.
The service is probably the main reason we won't be returning. The waitresses are polite and attentive, but the waiter we had last time was probably the worst I've ever had. His attitude was genuinely miserable, unwelcoming, and like our presence (as the only table there) was an inconvenience for him. When he took our order he almost walked away without letting us order for our son, when I asked him if a certain sushi roll was cooked or raw he shrugged and mumbled it should be, ignored empty plates and cups until we were almost finished with our meal, and (according to other staff there) left my husband's food sitting out for over 10 minutes while he played on his phone before bringing it to the table. This place is not cheap by any means, and the chance of him serving us again is enough to put us off from returning. It's unfortunate because our first visit there was a solid 5/5!

This place is a mixed bag. I ordered the spider roll and it had a bad aroma to it, and it tasted old, very off putting. My wife however ordered a smoked salmon roll that tasted quite good. I also ordered a rice bowl with eel, which was cold, slimy, and again off putting. When i visited this restaurant previously and ordered the teriyaki chicken, my fried rice was great, but my chicken was very dry. If there is one thing I would highlight about the food thats worth the money, its the pho. I couldn't help but wonder what the conditions of the kitchen were like as I ate my meal. The service is again, a mixed bag, because while the waitresses have been wonderful, the male waiter is dreadful. He forgot my food, it sat on the counter for 15 minutes before he brought it to me, what was he doing in the mean time? He was on his cell phone. Keep in mind, my family were the only customers in the restaurant. I listened to the servers laugh as they spoke in Spanish (my native language) about how long i had waited because my food was sitting around. Embarrassing. The atmosphere in the restaurant feels just unfinished and uninspired. It feels like a place that just opened and they haven't finished unpacking all their boxes, espicially with the TV's oddly displaying the display demo mode you'd see in a bestbuy, and the bar being completely empty. I dont see any reason to come back to this restaurant, given that the competition in the area is significantly better, not to mention with better prices. Which is my last point, this place isn't cheap. I would rather visit Kori or Kohana for sushi or fusion than come back to this place, there are also just better pho restaurants in Clarksville. I wouldn't recommend this place.
