I usually don’t write reviews but this one was much needed! Me and my boyfriend came in the other day hungry and tired and just all around over the day but our server Anita was absolutely fantastic! I’ve had tons of serving jobs and never have I ever seen someone so on top of it as she was. Not to mention she was so sweet and kind I could tell she really cared and that really made our day. On top of that my stomach started hurting out of nowhere and I wasn’t hungry anymore( my body is weird like that😭) but when she saw this she offered over and over for us to speak to a manager and was sweet about seeing what could be done about it. Nothing was wrong the food was incredible even when I heated it up later at home. Long story short ANITA needs a raise!

Thursday we went to Clarksville Buffalo Wild Wings off S Hampton Place. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, three people were sharing 30 boneless wings and large tater tots, one ordered a chicken wrap and one just had a soda. Two milks and two tear rounded out the groups order. They need to learn a few things. First appetizer means! The definition is a small plate of food taken before a meal to stimulate appetite. First that came out was the individual chicken wrap and the large tots. It was brought by another person so when the waitress came back I said the tots were part of the meal and why would one persons food come out before all the others food and where is the appetizer. The response oh we bring it as it is made. So that tells me this kitchen has major issues. The onions rings are so overdone that 90 had nothing inside, leading me to believe the fryer is way to hot to try to punch food out. Everyone else received their food. The boneless 30 wing had maybe five that had any sense of chicken. Most were over cooked tiny pieces of batter. Our drinks were almost always empty. The worst part was the basketball game was blaring so loud you had to yell across the table. I watched and not one person was cheering for the game or even watching the game that was blaring. I noticed my tables with children, one table was trying to play a game where you hold your cell phone to your head. I asked the waitress if it had to be that loud and she said that she had told her manager that six other people complained. I said well there are 5 more at this table that are complaining. I asked for the manager. After what I feel was a rather long wait. She finally came over and said that this is SEC championship and this is a sport bar and u til June this is the way it was going to be. Well, this is the last time I will ever go to BWW! If you want to get your ears blow out and have horrible wait service and even worse food , topped with management that refuses to listen to their customers, then this place is for you!

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely NOT for children. The TV was blaring so loud that there was sure to be hearing loss. Manager said SEC time and this is the way it was going to be it is a sports bar!

Miss Shelonda one of the managers offered to walk our baby boy around as he was crying and bothering other people. We appreciate you so much and all those who came up and apologized for the other customer’s attitude. The world needs more people like

Gave me “10” pieces of old shriveled up chicken. $30 wasted. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the city of Clarksville when it comes to food but it’s pitiful.

Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for silverware.
Our appetizer was cold - had to ask for it to be heated up,
Looked like a piece of chicken was chewed up and placed on my tray
Wings were waaayyyy overpriced- 6 traditional 6 boneless combo $22.99
Seen 3 employees pull something out of another customers drink, laugh and then serve it to the customer
Restaurant was freezing!!!
Won’t be back …very disappointed

The worst experience at this buffalo wild wings I have ever had. We will not be back. The food was cold and brought to the table in the wrong order. Just an all around bad experience 👎👎👎👎👎

Service was wonderful! We were not impressed with the new menu or food quality and our nachos were very stale. We will not be going back.

My friend and I went out for wings, we asked our server Bradley for his favorites and ended up trying out lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and buffalo wings. In all we had a great experience, service was excellent and food was delicious! Will be back! :)

The food over the years is so inconsistent. They have changed the menu a couple times too and took items off that people liked. The servers are usually very nice and the bartenders too though. The food takes forever if they are only slightly busy so be prepared to wait. Most things I would get some days good, some days literally not edible. One day my tacos were fresh and so were my fries and the next week the pico literally tasted like it went bad and my fries weren't even edible. Can't just go eat somewhere and hope the food is OK that day. As far as sports bars go, Clarksville doesn't have much to offer. Maybe eat somewhere else and come here for the beer and football.

We were happy to see they weren’t packed since the area was so busy but that was probably the only thing! Asked for a booth got sat at a half booth (not a huge deal) the sever was very nonchalant she brought my daughter a sprite with no syrup (carbonated water) she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if she could change the syrup out instead brought her a Dr Pepper. I received my food before everyone else about 5 min after ordering it the server said nothing just handed me my plate and walked off. My fries were cold and hard like they had been fried 80 million times. finally everyone’s food came and the sauce was way hotter than just buffalo ( I eat a lot of hot food) my face was turning red and my brows sweating! Then sitting there with empty cups that I had to ask to be refilled. It just wasn’t it! Probably won’t be back to this location!
