It was ok... I've been to better B.W.W. They ran out of sweet tea and would not make more... my burger was not that good... our server didn't really care about us..... waited over an hour to get our food! Over all not a good experience.... but this is 1 out of 100

This is only the second time I've ordered from this location. The first time was okay and I decided to give it another try. I ordered to-go. They didnt put my child's side of mac n cheese in with my order. Everything else was fine but that was my back-up incase she wouldn't eat her chicken (toddler). I ordered food to make my night easier and this made it harder.

My wife and I liker this franchise a lot. Lastnight it was kind of weird getting the service we got. But the overall experience was good. The waitress was kind of lost and it looks like she was more interested in talking with their collegues than taking care of her tables.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food we ordered 30 wings and 5 tenders with two orders of fries, people who came in after us were served and given food before us, we weren’t offered refills, when we got our food we were missing an order of fries when we told our waitress she said they were cooking fresh and would be right out, and we didn’t get any silverware or napkins for the boneless wings, we had to flag our waitress down because it had been 15 minutes and we had ate and still hadn’t received our fries and told her just to bring them in a to go box and that we needed 4 boxes and 4 lids for sauces and refills, she brought the fries out on a tray and we had to remind her about the boxes and lids again, then she finally brought them. We understand busy and short staffed if that’s the case, but the service was terrible our waitress literally avoided talking to us and making eye contact while we waited for food. It was just an overall bad visit and for the money we spent we believe it should’ve been better.

Cheap on their liquor pours. Ordered a double vodka on the rocks. Drink came to table with hardly a single pour and no ice. Told waitress it wasn't a double. Her manager, Mariayah, sent a different person out to tell us it was a double pour, who didn't know which table to address until we told him. She didn't have the proper business etiquette to come out herself to discuss it. We got food to go and will watch football game at our home. Haven't been here in a long time & won't be back again!! Ridiculous!!

Hi! I was recently visiting this place, wanted to try their menu some of the items are hamburgers, chicken wings and fries, I got some chips and chicken salsa, I didn't know about their menu. Some of their wording looks strange to me ...the food was good and the personnel were polite.
