Its one of our regular places we go with the whole family. Always delicious and great service and if there is anything wrong the manger comes to the table and makes sure everyone is satisfied.

My family and I have been to Cheddar's many times. My lovely wife and I went on a Friday around 5:30. The restaurant staff seemed in good spirits considering the air conditioning was on the fritz. My wife ordered the New Orleans pasta, which has been amazing in the past, but was a far cry from decent looking. The meal was sent back for the Chicken Fried Chicken. Another swing and a miss. I attempted the Boneless Pork Chops. Not a fan. Believe me when I say, there was a time when I felt that this establishment had amazing food at a lower price than I would expected.

Food was good & hot. The server was friendly & checked on us often. The table they sat us at seemed too small for 3 people.

From the getgo we had to sit near a party of 8-10 people laughing and yelling like they were in their back yard. Waited 15-20 before someone came to take our drink order; at least we had enough time to look at the menu and ordered food with drinks. Waited another 15 minutes for drinks which had 3 pieces of ice floating on top. At least another 15-20 before we got our meal which was bad. Cold mashed potatoes and vegetables with lukewarm Country Fried Steak with thick over coated breading. My wife tried the Spasagna which was horrid looking and tasted horrible. This was our first and only visit because we won’t be going there again.

Although the air is out this week. Casey (beautiful woman) was exceptional. Food and summer lemonades and teas were great.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The A/C was struggling, making the dining area uncomfortably warm throughout our visit. Our server, Amanda, appeared overwhelmed with too many tables and only checked on us a few times—we felt largely overlooked. We had already received our second round of drinks, requested to-go boxes, and paid the bill before she came back around.

The food didn’t make up for the poor service either. It arrived cold, lacked flavor, and several items were either undercooked or overcooked. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant—it simply wasn’t worth the time or cost.
