Terrible customer service
Put in a DoorDash order tonight. Luckily my driver noticed the mistake and assisted to correct it. The 2nd driver came and I was missing my burrito and my wife’s order was totally incorrect. Absolute incompetence.
Ordered through DoorDash twice and even with my name on the bag, the food was wrong BOTH times. The number to call them will not forward to the manager. I did contact DoorDash about it but the food should match the receipt. Two hours later and I still don't have food and have to go elsewhere. Stay away from this Chipotle
