Service here is absolutely abysmal. The children working the counter just flat ignore you. They aren't even busy. And these people want $15/hr?? Your entire job is customer service and it's dependant on making customers happy so they give you money to stay open. How hard is it to serve people ice cream??? Garbage dump employees here.
This is my third visit back! The management reached out to me immediately at took care of my issue. I was more than satisfied with the results and plan on visiting this location often. The staff was more than accommodating and professional. I appreciate customer like this, it's more than worth my return visits. Thank you Cold Stone for making things right and for being an excellent place to visit on a hot summer day
