We stood at the counter well 5 min without being greeted. A crew member finally approached the counter with a bag of food and asked if we were " Mr. Soinso" to which I said no& we were waiting to be waited on. She sat the bag down and walked off. No one came to take out order and we finally decided to order off the kiosk. Food arrived fairly quick and was correct, but we were dining in and food was served in to go bags. Last night I came in the drive-thru and asked for something they don’t really sell anymore and they still made it for me!! Night shift was so nice to me they deserve some praise for the exceptional customer service! You don’t find that around here often anymore! Thank you night shift!!

It’s a Taco Bell… they receive their meat in a bag from the factory. They have openly admitted to the taco meat being only 35% beef and the rest of the product is soy.They used to be cheap but now their combo meals are around $10-$15. You can do better at one of the many sit down Mexican food restaurants which will sell you a fajita, beans, and rice at lunch for $10 which will taste a million times better.Taco Bell food is highly processed and is put together like a factory....read full review
