Took so long to get one cup of coffee, staff dazed and confused

I wish I could rate 0 for my drive thru experience my order was cold so I went back through drive thru they remade the order cool so once I got my order iam checking it my fries were awful tasting had a crunch to them they were hot maybe they redipped them in the grease or the grease needed to be cleaned and changed out I dont know how ever I had my receipt so I ask for a refund just on my fries and the manger on duty refused me a refund..since when does a business refuse a...read full review
