“Have eaten here a few times. Shakes and flavors are outstanding.
Burgers are good. Only thing I would change is fry your french fries a minute longer. Fries are soft and flimsy every time we have eaten here.
Also - go orders we haven't received any napkins and such. Sounds goofy but I don't keep a napkin dispenser in the car and eating on the run and especially the cheddar burger can get messy quickly (a good mess though).

“Hardess here on Madison St definitely cater to many different customers, but I have witnessed today the service was excellent! Not only did I get my food in a timely manner, but people on the Drive Thru were flying from the order board to the window and I was impressed. My food was hot and very flavorable. The SEC biscuit i had was moist, the sausage jad a good spice to it and the biscuit was flaky and delicious. Hashbrowns were crispy and hot. The Manager Michael L was great. He kept his crew going and motivated.“

“Love Cookout and their menu. Fresh, never frozen Burgers and the best sweet tea, that's always the exact amount of sweetness. Never been a huge fan of Hush Puppies until I had Cookout's, they are my favorite side.“

“We have been long time customers of Ruby Tuesday on Madison Street. Charlie D'Angelo was our server, and went the extra mile to make sure we had great service. He's awesome! We definitely will go back.“

“We used to go to Culver's whenever we were in Wisconsin (that's where Culver's is from) because my husband is from there. The food and service here are just as good as the food in Culver's up in WI. This restaurant is so clean! There's the sweetest lady always coming burger and a gluten-free bun. So just ask at the counter and they will give you a brochure on their gluten-free and dietary foods they have. Their fries cheese curds are amazing!!
Dietary restrictions: They have a little pamphlet they'll give you if you mention dietary restrictions. At the back, they list all of their gluten-free items, and there's quite a lot to choose from. And I think they can cook some items separately to avoid cross-contamination. I didn't get sick from the food, although I had a bad reaction to the Butter Pecan Custard, so there must be some gluten in there.“

“Ordered online and went through drive thru to pick up. Emily was great. She made a joke and made sure i had all my condiments as well as napkins before moving forward to pick up order at next windrow. Food was already ready when i got to the pick up window. Great job team! Manager gets a thumbs up too!“

“Carmen Ford the GM has a wonderful store, and wonderful staff! I have been to Burger King at other locations and was very, very disappointed with the customer service that we had received. But today I decided to come to this location with my husband and son. When we walked in, Maria the front cashier greeted us with a big smile and gave us wonderful service today. As she was taking our orders the items we picked she had us laughing with how she described how delicious the items was. Our food was fresh and delicious ?.
We will definitely be coming back to this location!!“

“I visited this location just now and ordered my usual burger and little fries. I got the bag and it was oh so filled with fry-flavored salt, so I kindly asked for a remake without salt. I would have been fine with just taking a batch of hot fries and scoop some of that. Nope, that’s not what they do. The woman went out of her way to make a batch without salt, and I’m just so grateful. She even used a clean pan with fresh clean gloves to put the fries in the cup. Again, thank you. It wasn’t expected, and I truly appreciate the effort. Burger was wonderful as usual. Y’all rock.“

“This place has a fantastic burger that isn't even on the menu! Ask for Waleed for it. It comes with a juicy patty, melted cheese, grilled onions, eggs, and a secret sauce that's amazing. don’t put too much sauce. Overall, this burger is a delicious hidden gem. “Seriously the best breakfast biscuits and even coffee (not expecting decent coffee) I’ve had in a long time. This place was very clean, it was not freezing and inhospitable like many similar places, and the SERVICE was awesome. I ordered and had food within 2 min, and everything was hot, fresh and really good. Honestly blown away…new standard for breakfast (not just fast food). Will be back“

“The best burger I have ever had by far. The service was awesome. Deebo is an owner of the one in Vegas and came to Clarksville to help bring it back to par. I’m so glad he did and I tried it after he got it up where it’s almost to where it’s supposed to be. Place is awesome food is awesome and he is awesome. If you haven’t tried it you need to.“

“After reading all the bad reviews about this place and hearing about it in the group chats on Facebook, I was very skeptical. But I had a good lunch! My order was correct, I did not need to wait long and the workers were friendly, I mainly remembered Steven. The food was delicious and fresh. We will be coming back! Thank you.“
