The smoke flavor on the meat was perfect. The ribs were falling off the bone, not dry, perfectly cooked. The pulled pork was done to perfection. The fried cabbage was seasoned to perfection. Chess pie tastes just like grandmas. With a wide selection of sides, this BBQ joint exceeds expectations and leaves customers eager to return.
