“I cannot say enough amazing things about this 7 Brew location. The drinks are always perfect, but honestly it’s the people that keep me coming back. Every single time I pull up, the vibe is upbeat, friendly, and welcoming. The staff always treats me like I’m more than just another customer in line. They’re genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and somehow always manage to make my day better. My orders are always spot-on, and they have such a great variety of drinks that I’m constantly trying something new. At one point I was even their top customer (which still makes me laugh), and they surprised me with a beautiful little gift bag. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. Moments like that really show how much they care about their customers. One of the most thoughtful things happened this past Valentine’s Day. One of the girls working there, Charlie, gave me a little Valentine card, the kind kids pass out at school. It might seem small, but it meant the world to me. I had never received anything for Valentine’s Day before, and that simple act of kindness truly made my entire day. I still have the card and keep it in my makeup bag because it reminds me how thoughtful she was. Even though I actually have an espresso machine at home, I still choose to come here because the experience is so special. The kindness, the conversations, the energy, they always make me feel spoiled in the best way. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.“

“Not many starbucks are as amazing and wonderful as this one. This really goes to show that the staff can really make or break a place. So many starbucks, the staff are distant and just take that order and do their job. But here the staff welcome you, get to know you. I've became a regular just for this reason. They know that my husband orders the same thing every time and I like to try new things and chance them up from time to time. So thank you for not treating me like an order number and like a human!“

“Their drinks always hit. I was so excited when this location opened but also nervous because sometimes new locations take a while to get it together. But this is actually one of the better locations here now in my opinion so I'm happy to have them right down the road. I've never had an issue with them making a drink wrong and never tried something new that I didn't end up liking. And my daughter loves the food options, especially the little breakfast sliders.“

The seating area is massive, and there is a large covered outside patio. Since it's inside Book-A-Million you can flip through a book or magazine while you enjoy your caffeine fix.“

“The ice cream at Golly G's is some of the best in Clarksville! They always have a ton of flavors to choose from and we've never had one that we didn't enjoy. The pastries are also top notch. If you are looking for something sweet, this is definitely a place you don't want to miss.“

I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. The chef definitely knowledgeable to the foods that she prepares. We were served foods that were enjoyable. The tea list is absolutely something for everyone. The commercial can I get more Quiche is the truth. You can order to go from their menu online.“

“I really enjoy supporting local businesses and love the teas here, but it’s disappointing to stand at the counter for five minutes without even a greeting or acknowledgment from the owner. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way. I understand things get busy, but acknowledging a customer takes very little effort and makes a big difference. Your customers are the reason your business continues to thrive, and it’s important to show appreciation for that. On a positive note, the young ladies who work there have always been kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciate.“

“Good and service are great, what you would expect from Starbucks. But this location has a remodel a few years back and they removed all the seating. They also do not have a public restroom - not that you have to ask for a code like at many Starbucks, but none at all.“
