Friendly staff & warm environment. Love their menu!
I've always had a great experience with Lasaters Coffee. While at Tennova main hospital, the staff was very pleasant this morning and made suggestions from their menu to me. They whipped up a lovely pumpkin spice blended coffee to go with my pastry. while throwing away my straw wrapper, the pastry slipped out of the bag and they empathized with me so professionally and generously. I thank you for this experience which reminded me of why I love your coffee shoppe.

While hours have been shortened and new staff may need more training, customers appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and quality of the drinks. It’s a nice spot to grab a treat and relax.
