I’ve got to give the folks at Starbucks a hand today! They are always fabulous and friendly but today, being Christmas Eve, they were slammed! As I waited for my coffee, I watched them greet customers, answer questions, and Melissa especially was great at letting us all know whose drink she was on and whose names were next on the print out machine. It would have been really easy for them to be stressed out and show it but they were peppy, upbeat and awesome. ❤️ this Starbucks!
Consistency with service and experience; I wish they went back to the way they started with making coffee the old fashion way, starting to taste a bit bland.
It's a Starbucks. The person taking my order was extremely helpful & patient with my questions. Add busy as the store was I find it worthy of mention. We didn't eat any food, so I can't speak to that.

However, experiences can vary significantly by time of day. The store is always packed, and service on the night shift is reported to be less reliable, with orders sometimes made incorrectly. Some customers have encountered very slow service at times, including long waits in the drive-thru. There are also occasional complaints about iced drinks having too much ice. While many feel grateful to have found this must go-to destination, others express frustration and a need to find another place for evening visits.
