This Burger King is great for fast food. Burgers are always fresh when we go. Iced coffee is really good and much less expensive than specialty places. The only negative I have is that there's often too much mustard on the burgers for my taste, but that's a matter of preference.
The gentleman manning the drive thru, possibly the manager, is a fantastic standard for what all customer service representatives should be in the service industry. He was slammed and short- staffed during the last few visits I'd been there and he was calm and efficient with his service. He should be compensated and praised to the highest degree possible for operating this facility so effectively.
The food was fresh. The service was above and beyond. I can't remember his name, but the manager that was there this afternoon was PHENOMENAL. He was so kind to my kids. He went far beyond typical customer service to make sure my kids and I were happy with our visit. He even walked around to check on everyone eating in the lobby. It was a great experience.
