I understand mistakes happening but literally every single time I order mozzarella sticks in the app i specifically request for marina and they never and I mean never put it in my bag and with the new monile order designated spots with no screen or button makes it difficult to get ahold of an employee so you either have to kinda just Walk up to the kitchen door or wait to flag them down when they're coming out with someone else's order. I always come here and the staff is usually nice and professional, but I came here a few weeks ago and placed an order and before I even paid I pressed the button to correct my order because I had ordered the original hot dog and I wanted the American hot dog so I didn't think it was a big deal so when I pressed the red button I told the representative who answered the call to let them know that I wanted to correct my order again I hadn't even paid yet so I didn't think it was...read full review
