This is one of the busiest Starbucks around Clarksville. They could have 5 people working & not one actually read your order on the app. Then when you stand there at the register, no one seems to notice you until they "feel" like it. All I ask is more than 1 sriracha sauce. They usually give you 1 or NONE. I informed the employees that I always ask for more than 1 and this time I don't even get any. I asked if they were out. Some of the best service very friendly and nice all of them. There is one which is very nice who always remembers my order this particular Starbucks is so lucky to have such an employee.

Sometimes you can have an enthusiastic drive thru cashier and others seem to be “spaced out.” Pay attention to the orders your handing customers. No biggie.The Cold Brew was decently good without all the extra ice. Drive thru went by faster than usual.
