I am a repeat customer. Today was the third time I have received a drink that did not taste right and had to have it remade. After remake from another barista it tasted as it should. I noticed that a certain barista is working and making the drinks, I will surely receivey drink not tasting as it should. Please make sure that your baristas know how to make the drinks. I understand this is a busy location. I order ahead on the mobile app to eliminate time and hovering. The other wait time from mobile order to pick up is getting to more than 15 minutes for just one drink to not be make properly and to have it remade.

This Starbucks continues to have staffing problems, repeatedly getting orders incorrect and many other visible challenges…go in and see for yourself. It would be well worth the wait to go one exit up to the other Starbucks.

Starbucks for the win! I often times visit Starbucks I was traveling and decided to stop by and try a drink I had been recommended and ordered my regular !
We were left standing for 20 minutes waiting for our lattes which it turns out was sitting on their work counter. We did however get the 2 breakfast sandwiches which of course had cooled off waiting for our lattes. They tried to claim a ticket issue but the sandwich ticket was clear 4 items ordered I asked for them when receiving the sandwiches but they were working on them.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks around Clarksville. They could have 5 people working & not one actually read your order on the app. Then when you stand there at the register, no one seems to notice you until they "feel" like it. All I ask is more than 1 sriracha sauce. They usually give you 1 or NONE. I informed the employees that I always ask for more than 1 and this time I don't even get any. I asked if they were out. Then they decided to give me the sauce. Ridiculous. Petty!!!
I love Starbucks but will never visit this location again. They are super busy but there is no need for the way the workers treat customers and the time it takes to get coffee/products. I ordered a coffee and a cake pop inside and got my coffee fairly quick and continued to wait for my cake pop. No one was getting food orders and the lady apologized to the whole store that they were backed up on food even though I had already been waiting 10 mins. A few mins later a bunch of food orders are brought to the counter none of which were my cake pop but other people's hot food whom had order WAY AFTER me. I walked up to look to make sure I did not miss mine and the lady rudely said it's going to be awhile we have about 50 food orders. I understand being backed up but people getting hot food who had ordered after me when I was just waiting on a cake pop is ridiculous! It took 20 mins from the time I placed my order for the time I got my one cake pop.

Some of the best service very friendly and nice all of them. There is one which is very nice who always remembers my order this particular Starbucks is so lucky to have such an employee.
