“I live near this area and have been looking for a coffee shop and wow, I was very pleased.. I walked in, and the aesthetic was exactly what the name is! I loved the vibe, they had some jazz music playing.. also there was a drum set so obviously they have live music offered which is something else I love… now I didn’t try any food, but I did have a white chocolate latte and it is so good (sipping it right now).. so I will definitely be coming back to get this again and try a pastry.. the customer service was great and quick.. definitely give this place a shot if you’re a coffee shop lover like myself“

“My mom n I had came through for our long drive back home and the girls at the front were very welcoming, and outgoing as well with really friendly.I recommend stopping by for some awesome homemade coffee! “First: I’m extremely picky about my lattes. I am sensitive to overcooked (burnt taste) beans and undercooked (sour taste) beans. I have gone here repeatedly for iced lattes and they have always provided the perfect texture and balance. They are by far (and I don’t say this lightly) providing the BEST espresso in Nashville. Second: What truly makes this cafe great is that it’s the only cafe in town that makes you feel like you’re wanted. All of these cafes built in the last 20 years are hard, cold and sterile. If you’re younger than 40, you probably don’t even remember that cafes used to be warm, social, inviting and a home for many people. New cafes are so uninviting and I feel it’s done on purpose to get you to leave so more customers come in. But the Daily Grind? It’s homey, has couches, the walls are filled with all sorts of crafty love and plants and there’s a poster on the front that lets you know this is a SAFE space for all. It’s reminiscent of the old days when you had warm social spaces where you could spend hours every day with friends playing games, drawing, talking and no one glued to their phones. I hope this cafe gets to expand and provide even more of this nostalgic homey feel and bring that needed community experience back to Nashville. “We’re major coffee drinkers and have lived in New York, Seattle, and now Nashville, so our bar is pretty high. Crema absolutely lived up to the hype. The coffee was outstanding—easily some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Really well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

The space is small and gets very busy, which was obvious when we visited. Service was fine—efficient and professional, though not especially warm. That said, given how packed it was, it’s understandable.

If you’re serious about coffee, this place is 100% worth a stop. We’ll definitely be back for the coffee alone.“

“THE ELEGY BURRITO- incredible. I eat it several times a week. The service can be a little cold, like you’re bothering them. But sometimes they’re really sweet! The coffee is pretty good, but I’ll usually get coffee elsewhere and the elegy burrito there. I just like a real strong, slightly sweet option straight off the menu generally. Love!“

With authentic Turkish coffees and Matcha, you’re certain to find a bold flavored sip along with sweetness if you’re looking for something sweeter. “We stopped in after a hike on a Sunday morning. My wife ordered a oat milk latte and I had a fresh brewed coffee. The oat milk latte was excellent as was the coffee. Espresso Bar is a great option in an area that otherwise does not have quality coffee.“

I got a vanilla iced latte and a chicken Caesar wrap, both of which were great. There was ample seating, some of which was more chill conversational areas with couches, but also several areas of tables and chair perfect for studying or working at a laptop. All in all the atmosphere was laidback and comfortable. Parking in the hotel lot does cost, though I’m not sure of the exact amount.“

“My husband and I love this coffee shop and brewery. It’s a quiet spot for a couple hours of work outside the house during the day, and in the evening it is a sweet place for a beer and conversation. Most recently we happened in on a Wednesday evening with a jazz jam session and performance going on. I recognized some of the musicians as major studio session artists and touring artists.

Meanwhile, their barrel aged beers are probably the best locally brewed dark beers available in Nashville right now.

Their offerings include a variety of craft styles that are not widely made, as well as some solid IPAs. If you are a beer person, you should definitely stop in.“
