Went in to order my sons birthday cake, worker Jesse was extremely rude. Told me they didn’t have a cake book that I could view then told me their printer wasn’t working and it wasn’t his problem. My daughter and I went in today to celebrate a very important anniversary for her. I was so disappointed. Let me say first that, at the age of 15, Dairy Queen was my first job. I worked for DQ when the Blizzards made their debut. We went through the drive through and ordered a hot dog kids meal for my grandson and 2x4pc chicken strip combos with EXTRA GRAVY; We chose blizzards instead of drinks. please train your staff to be customer friendly. don't just stare at me when I walk in. plus I paid 9 dollars for a shrimp basket and there was barely any shrimp. take down the picture on your menu because I got less than half the shrimp that is in the picture
