Weak coffee. I basically ended up with a cup of iced milk. Even after adding an extra shot. I also asked for lite ice and they didn't bother to accommodate my request.

$6 for a 12 oz Americano with cream and sugar. YIKES. The most I have paid anywhere on Planet Earth.

I work in the mall, and I love coffe but this coffe was super bad ? no coffe on my cup just water and sugar ? and more sugar I take to a employee to change for a smoothly and she said I have to pay for wthen already pay for the coffe bad customer service place ?
