Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Visited today (12/17/25) at 2ish. Service wasn’t great server asked once if we were ok or needed anything. The French dressing was empty, the tartar sauce was filmy, eggs were dry. The. We get to the hot bar, there was no rolls or any coming, undercooked chicken, no wings, bar was bare, the turkey they were carving was old and dry. No shrimp, no hush puppies so many things they were out of. The burbon chicken had zero flavor. The food we did get was under temp. When we told our server about the chicken being raw(it was still bleeding) she looked at it and said “where it’s fine but I guess I will take it back.” Such a disappointment for what you pay. Could have and should have went to Ruby Tuesday or Chilis. Anywhere but here we probably won’t be back.

Worst Golden Corral I have eaten at. $11.99 senior price, plus $3.19 for iced tea at 3:30PM. Nothing was fresh or hot. The only item that was refilled in the close to 50 minutes I was there was the fish.

I havent been to Golden Corral in so long, but I was invited by a friend and it was her birthday so I went. My first impression was not good. It seems rundown, and the womens restroom was horrible. The desert buffet was the best part of the experience. I say that because the food bars looked like they needed a lot of attention. The taco bar tubs were crusty and mostly empty. It just did not look very clean to me. The tubs were not being filled and some of the food looked like it had been sitting a while. I am not a picky person, but the restaurant didnt look very good. Maybe they are experiencing financial difficulties. Some of our plates had chipped edges. I will not go back.

We were there just after 10am on 12/12/25
The deviled eggs looked as though they were sitting there from last night .. dry and unappealing - the chili look like someone emptied the contents from the container and let it sit- no mashed potatoes or Mac & cheese - why wasn’t the food ready and available to eat when you open at 10am.
I can see why most of these places have closed shop , this was my first and last time visiting. 🤬🤮🤬

Clean food area. It’s all self serve of course, I’m unsure why the waitress expected a tip for picking up plates. No drinks were brought to us as it’s all self serve. Waitresses/ waiters just stood behind a glass wall chit chatting the entire time we were there I’m tipping for what exactly … Not picking up my dishes? Paid $45 ish for 2 ,no steak we went to the meat line 3 separate times no steak was avail just pork. Go else where or eat home this was not it, aside from salty sides and no steak smh. The desserts were good and rolls that’s about it. Restrooms need to be cleaned smelled bad and looks like a old scary gas station bathroom.

Went last month, and this month. Both times, absolutely floored by the quality of food. Over the past 5 years, the service here has gone downhill, the quality of food has gone downhill, and I question the hygiene after several dirty plates that should have come clean from dish. Last, but certainly not least, my entire family and I left horribly sick last time, and this time, my wife and two of my children are leaving feeling sick again. I wouldn't send my enemy to this place.....sad, because it used to be so great. Won't be here again. If you want buffet, go to Shoney's instead.

Love the feels of food and family. Desserts can be much better. Pie crust was soggy. Paid $65 for 3 people on a Sunday. Lemonade was bussing!!!

We ate in clarksville tn for dinner i live here i went to the restroom at golden corral here and it was disgusting the pipes on the commode are blue and pink with corrosion the stalls are metal and are rusted up 6 inches or so from the floor not on 1 stall but all of them the tiles on the wall are cracked and chipped however the sink area was nice other that it was awful I wont be going back
