Great American Cookies in Columbia Mall is excellent!!! They are very friendly and were so easy to place a cookie cake order with. It was cooked and decorated just as asked. I would highly recommend them!!!
Ordered a cookie for a birthday today. My phone says it’s dated for today they say their receipt for tomorrow all because they don’t have a decorator today. Tells me I can have the cookie tomorrow WHEN I CLEARLY NEEDED IT FOR TODAY. Then tells me I can’t even have a refund because it was a preorder but they haven’t even made it so why can’t it be cancelled and refunded? Why did the website let me order it for today?
