My father and I had to wait to be seated, as many people were excited to have a favorite IHOP breakfast! However once we were seated at the table, we waited another 45 minutes before our food came! The waitress was very apologetic & friendly but she is not the one making the food now is she. I had the avocado egg Benedict. It was okay; the biscuits were very disappointing. Some of our food already was cold.
We were not pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the female bathroom was in the middle of re-tiling.
I know this is s busy location; These hardworking employees need some support.

Worst experience ever! I ordered online. Order was ready 35 minutes after pick up time. Manager was made aware of it, but wouldn’t come talk to me. Hostess kept apologizing and saying she reminded him to come talk to me. I will not be back. I would like to also add my order was incorrect. I paid for avacado and did not get them, so I overpaid, waited 35 minutes, and manager didn’t care.

The food took over an hour to come out. I could have gone to a nice steak house and gotten my food quicker. When it did come out it didn't come together. They brought the adults food nearly 20 minutes before the kids food came out. This was entirely the fault of the kitchen manager and not the server. We will not be back.

Overall, just chaotic. I felt like there were more DoorDash delivery drivers waiting for food than there were actual customers. 30+ minute wait, food took forever, eggs were basically raw and they ran out of plates so they had to serve mine in a to-go box. Our waitress was nice and polite about it, so nothing negative to say there… the store just seems to be lacking leadership and execution.

Went this morning to have breakfast with our family we were told there would be a 30 min to 45 min wait. We agreed gave them my name. We went and sat in the waiting area just outside the doors before going outside. They came and called everyone but our party. When we went to check what’s taking so long cuz the wait time has passed and people who came after us were starting to get seated. To realize that they had skipped over my partying, we were told that they called our name and no one came. Which is not the case no one came and called our party. We were told we would be next they were going to justify the situation. We waited more time and still nothing as other people again were being seated that came after. We waited over the time giving to go back in again to be told now it was going to be even longer time, meanwhile, people who have come in after us are still continuing to be seated. We left and did not eat nor will be back. The total time was almost 2 hours we waited

When this IHOP first opened it was GREAT! After the fire and reopening they can't seem to get anything right when we order.
We arrived today, and we're told it would be 5-10 minutes. No problem, once we got seated, at a dirty table, that's when the visit went in the hole!
The wait at the table was twice as long as the wait for the table. My wife asked for a wipe down of the table and she looked at us like, WHY? I told here she got there in the nick of time because we were about to leave. That's when she walked off and said we were crazy and someone else could wait on us!
Remember! Without customers you have no job!

Had to wait 5-7 minutes before any one came to the front to seat us. There were lots of empty tables. The crepes we ordered had maybe 5 slices of strawberries and there was too much sweet topping. We couldn't eat them. Will be a long time before we go back! Should have left instead of waiting.

This I hop was atroshes! Pancakes cold.. hashbrowns cold.. sausage and bacon cold! Eggs wrong, and when they brought the eggs back sunny side up.. Just slimmy HORRIBLE! The only good thing in this place was my waitress.. the ceiling back where we were sitting SOILED, and missing ceiling tiles.. I will make sure this I hop is shared all over my social media accounts, and ask that my ppl spread the word!.. wish I had kept the receipt for this disgusting slop they tried to serve me.. I am a influencer.. with many followers, disgusting!
