Even though the place was packed, the service was excellent. Our server, Emma, paid very good attention to us and was super friendly. There was so much food! We had to bring home about a third of it. We both got the country fried steak with eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. It was well worth the wait.

The experience was terrible. The waitress didn’t listen to me giving specific instructions on the food. I asked for no onions and no avocado because of allergies and when I got the food onions and avocado were on my plate. It was the worse service I have received. I never had any problems eating there. I won’t return because the manager on duty didn’t care about the situation and was acting like I was the problem. I hope the problem gets resolved at that location

I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Makayla! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Our food came out hot and fresh, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude and great service really made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Makayla!
