I had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to our server, Makayla! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Our food came out hot and fresh, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Her positive attitude and great service really made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Makayla!

Food was good considering it's a restaurant chain, well-prepared and hot. We arrived on short notice with a large (20+) party and they graciously and compently accommodated us when another restaurant would not despite having ample notice. Outstanding service!
Food: We got a steak that was completely raw! We got pancakes that were so hard that you couldn’t even cut into them. I got the chicken florentine crepes it was horrible and my chicken was still not cooked all the way. Service: Not only did we have no refills ever!! We waited over an hour and half for our food! Not one person came to ask us we were or anything! People that came in after us literally were leaving before we even got our food! Atmosphere: Our table was dirty and the floor was so sticky!

The eggs were not cooked right. The waffles were undercooked doughy set the waffles back three times before they got them right. The cook wanted to blame the waitress which we know was not true. So most likely we will not be coming back.

Our server disappeared after bringing our drinks. We didn’t see her for the longest time. Finally, we asked another server to find her. After that, she showed up with our food. The pancakes were hard. I am pretty sure our food had been sitting under the warmer waiting for her for a while. Disappointing for sure.
