Very Rude service, customer service is very poor, was rude to my pregnant wife, up sailing her to get the food order we placed telling her the order had to be $50 to pay with a $100 bill then told her she had to add another item once she met the $50 mark placed by the manager, so we added wings and cookie and we’re vegan,,never again I will never go I recommend save your money to a business with more respect, made my wife cry, very unhappy with this service , i feel discriminated against as the order was under Hernandez go figure smh!!!

Ordered online and went to pick it up. Picked it up and took it home and when we opened it the box of pizza and the box of bread sticks were full of oil. The pizza box was soaked through on the bottom. I realized it was all oven the counter, my husband's clothes, and we went and checked and it got all over our car's seat. Tried dishing it up and the cheese and toppings completely slid off the pizza. Had a bite with a fork and the crust was just thoroughly soggy and soaked with the grease and oil pooling in the box. Ended up throwing it all away and have been trying to clean my car seats but I might have to have it detailed to get it out, which I can't really afford to do right now. A complete waste of money and time. Never again.

Cold Cheese Sticks, Cold Marinara, Warm Pizza and crunchy Black Olives. These people are a disgrace to the art of making a pie. And then you charge a delivery fee and you have Dashers deliver the food, nothing taped closed or anything, and I ate one piece of this 'pie' and I start blowing chunks less than 30 mins later. Maybe the Health Department should visit this place. Thanks for stealing my money and causing myself to be sick. Next time I will spend my money elsewhere.

BLUF / TL:DR - order WELL before any rush hour and don't expect things to go your way.
I usually use their app to order.
No issues through their online system - outside of having g two different delivery trackers that say two different things.
And then- there's the pizza. Jet's has been my favorite pizza for years. I use to rave to EVERYONE about it.
But now, it's rare that I order and get my order exactly how I want it. And this time was notable.
On top of being over 90 minutes from order to delivery to my door (implying cold food), my pizza was incorrect. I got the BBQ Chicken and got pineapple on it. I went back and checked thinking 'maybe I clicked the wrong one.' I did not. And I ordered drinks. This is the third time I've ordered drinks and did not recieve the..
The issues I have here: wrong pizza / wrong toppings, cold pizza, extremely long delivery times and using a third party to do your deliveries.
Innovation using DoorDash as your delivery service when you could I prove service by having in house drivers could alleviate the delivery issues.
Having a double check system during your 'quality check' and instructing drivers to also double check vastly improve accuracy. But - you can't instruct a driver that is third party to your franchise to do something because they don't work for you. So.....in house drivers.
I hate to say it but I will likely not be ordering from here again. And if I do - it'll be a super rare occasion and I'll likely drive to the store to pick it up myself.

Couple was too busy out back doing who knows what then proceeded to hug by the ovens and took forever for them to acknowledge me and give me my pick up order and after receiving my order after a rude comment got my order

I am done ordering from this place. I’ve ordered almost 100 pizzas this year. Lately I’ve added Jalapeños to the pizza and I’ve even called ahead to say I want Jalapeños. Are the that expensive? Every time I can count the Japs on one hand. I just paid 2 dollars extra for cheese. I didn’t get extra cheese. I asked for well done. They couldn’t understand that either. Obviously my 100 orders this year isn’t valuable to their bottom line. FEED YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
First time in tonight right before close Art was great at recommendations. The pizza was fresh and so good :)
