By far the worst experience I have had at a McDonalds. Period. Staff was inattentive, had their back to the counter constantly. Talking sh@t to one another vs. servicing the customer. We ordered through the Kiosk inside as the drive through wrapped around the building thinking that making it as easy as possible for the staff that was supposed to be serving us would improve the experience, wrong! Waited over 15mins for our order and the reason was I ordered a “deluxe” lol. When our food finally did come we sat at a booth and had to listen to the kids on break yelling back and forth with the kids that were working the counter. Just a bunch of inexperienced kids running this place that clearly haven’t been trained on any aspect of customer service.

I asked for fresh cooked fries and got old, cold stale disgusting fries!My nuggets are like rubber they are old and stale!The chicken sandwich is barely warm not fresh at allWhy did we sit snd wait for over 20minutes for this garbage?!!If we could leave 0 stars we would this store is absolutely awful!!

The bathroom was disgusting. After waiting forever to get someone’s attention to let the manager know (who couldn’t have been less engaged), he shrugged his shoulders and another coworker said, “I tried to tell you”. Place was a disaster. Loud music and nonstop talking going on among the workers.

I really thought that when a fast food place is "open 24 hours" it was serving food, I guess not when they say they shut down to get ready for breakfast?? Can't even get a coffee?? You guys need to change your hours if you're not going to be a 24 hour service!!
